I've got 300k skill points, I am following this plan with EVEMon. Most of the important stuff is already at lvl3. I've got around 20mil ISK, I fly around in an Algos with drones and I am aiming to get into Vexor drone boat with armor tanking fitting ( I will be able to use it in matter of hours). Now the question. I understand that it is a bit too soon sinking 50% of my money into a ship but I still don't know if I want to pick up the game for real (14 day trial) and I am just doing whatever I feel like and I want a bigger ship. I've spent past 4 days with vast resources of the interwebs opened on my second monitor while I was doing tutorials and sisters of eve epic arch so I think I've got a good grasp on the very basics of EVE. My goal for now is running security missions but I feel like I want to get more into exploring. Level 1 missions are extremely easy and give me very little ISK, however I can just rush through and salvaging/looting takes way longer than killing stuff. Level 2 missions are 50/50 they are either very easy or impossible to do (tho I can blitz some in a shuttle) however they are very lucrative in comparison to level 1 stuff. Today I was able to do Recon and level 2 twice with declining the level 3 without standing loss. That's 2x 500k ISK in 10min for a newbie which I think is pretty nice. I am trying to look for level 2 agents in zones that are 0.5-0.7 and fairly close to my home base which is newbie hub for Gallente. Should I stick with Level 2 stuff risking decline-look for another agent or grind level 1? Should I even bother with salvaging stuff if it's not a cruiser/battleship+ ?
hello jochan, my old dayz comrade
first of all, if you want quick money from missions, you want to be doing fw missions. a bomber can do them and takes only a few weeks to train into (and you'll be rolling in millions). Even the l4 Recons you can do in a frig, so you'll probably enjoy that.

Here is a resource that can help you find agents your area/faction/etc: http://eve-agents.com/
It would also be useful to train the skills Connections, Security Connections, Negotiation, and Social if you plan to keep missioning in the medium to long turn. They will help offset standings loss and give you more ISK and LP per mission.

Are bomber FW missions better isk than Level 4's in a DPS domi? If so where can I get more info. I just resubbed after being away for a very very long time.

Yes, they are. I haven't done any in months, but last time Minnie hit T5, I was getting over 600 million isk an hour worth of LP..... With just 1 character, and they look to be a lot easier to multibox than regular level 4's.

Interesting, I can fly bombers but haven't since before the changes a while ago.
gods apples made a pty good video, watch dudes get wrecked also featuing 100mn cynabal, in my opinion the hardest ship to fly in game (100mn so manual orbits are pretty much required, much more narrow range control requirements, damage / range tradeoff, and active tank management on top of that. the only other ship that compares is 100mn oneiros - think a staggering 12 active slots, 11 requiring heat management, and I'm pretty certain there's only one player in the game that flies that ship)
nothing crazy done with the cynabal but then again the 100mn cynabal just isn't that good a ship. It still is a cynabal after all

I've just read the posts. Goon forum warriors are special snowflakes it would seem.
I think people get excited when they see a cynabal ram into their scram range with 0fear then realize its part of the masterplan
Nicely done.
Steven Case is very honorable and you should feel bad for blobbing him though.
The sensation of bumping, is just unique! Seeing the little red boxes touch briefly then followed by an abismal movement is something all pilots should experience, specially on the undock/gate
Man goons are so retarded and so full of a bizarre sense of superiority despite the average line member being as dumb, if not more dumb, than the average eve member. Interacting with them is painful.

Wait, youre just noticing now? After being in the CFC for a year? After fighting them for more than two years? :|
The intelligence in Goonswarm has always been highly concentrated at the very top - Mittens has the brains. Other people? Not so much. And I'm sure Mittens has his moments, too.

i love that you think mittani does that much (he doesn't). though the vast bulk of the membership is so ignorant and stupid that if you're ever on coms with them it is something like physical pain. leadership makes some pretty dodgy descions as well sometimes.
