This fit was not made with logi in mind. If you are flying with logi clearly resitance all of the things.
Either way I am just trying to point out that in some interesting situations, LSE's can be used to effect on BS ships.
But hey I could be wrong I would imagine that you will have to use your MWD a lot more with a Blaster BS compared to a Cruise Navy Raven or w/e it is you are drooling over nowadays. You need the range control a MWD provides a lot more when your effective damage range is like 35 km and I don't think 2:30 capacitor is enough honestly.
Honestly you make a good point. 2:30 is with everything running. MWD and guns cap is around 3:00+ I think. Can't remember exactly as I am not at home. Again I am not saying that invuln / cap is not valid. I used to run a small cap booster on my caracal for the same reasons. Keeping the MWD on is paramount. I guess you would need to fly it to find out if that extra EHP is really needed, or if it would be better to be able to perma run everything, and not be so afraid of counter neuts.
And I am currently drooling over the typhoon :D :D :D Its the best of of tyFI / raven. Currently a tossup between Typhoon / CNR

Again another good point. I tried to do the same thing with the TyFI and the Typhoon. But being missile boats, they really can't give up a low slot for an equivalant mid. IE. TE for TC. Obviously on turret based boats, doing so is probably going to be a more realistic idea. I will take a look at it when I get home.

Considering that most of the new BS ships can go 2200 + unheated, they actually are relevant. Typhoon with HG snake + links is faster than a dual nano linked mach anyway. They may not be as fast as the mach (when both are linked and snaked) but that level of speed (2550 unheated for phoon) is more than enough to play with. Personally I feel that a ship is 'safe' these days if it can push the 2200 / 2300 barrier. T1 scram cruisers are a real threat nowadays (shield thorax being the worst offender) to a nano boat. Luckily some of the new BS have great ways of dealing with those kinds of threats.

I must say, as a new player I have absolutely no idea what ya'll are talking about. You guys have managed to intimidate myself, as well as other TL newbies who want to play this wonderful game, to the point where awarding me a PLEX is the only acceptable form of reparation. Furthermore, a wonderfully fitted exploration and salvaging ship would indicate to me and the newbies that you all are a nice, intelligent, and cordial folk.
