I ran the numbers on carrier holders this morning. 105 days with +3s and two remaps to go from birth to sitting in a carrier. That gives you 6 days to sell it as a holder. Plexes will cost you 1.88b for four and skillbooks another .95b. If you can sell it for 4.5b+ then it justifies logging on every now and then to set skills training. | ||

Participants: Chris(SFI), Tombes(Hawk), Not Orious(Drake), and myself(cane). The north is pretty dead right now so we decided to go pay FA a visit in L-C. As we are warping past X70 we realize this hound is trailing us so we wait for it to jump through a gate and tombes is able to get the hero lock before he cloaks + Show Spoiler [hound] + http://teamliquid.killmail.org/?a=kill_detail&kll_id=13964990 We get into L-C and they do the normal response of undocking a carrier and repping drakes while shit talking in local. During all of this Not Orious manages to burn out his entire top rack. Thats right all of the missiles AND the salvager are are all offline. This hurts since we are light on DPS as it is. FA blue balls us so we prepare to head back when suddenly DEIMOS! A rote kopelle deimos jumps into us and gate crashes once but I am waiting on the otherside in my hurricane. He tries to out run me but I over heat my prop mod and point and am able to easily keep up. He eventually agresses on me after he is off the gate with honor drones. A random MOA jumps into tombes and I on the Torrinos gate while our scout and chris cross jump a drake at the GM gate. Well tombes and I take down the moa fairly easily, it wasn't the best fit. + Show Spoiler [poor moa] + http://teamliquid.killmail.org/?a=kill_detail&kll_id=13965194 While this is going on the drake that cross jumped the scout and chris cross jumps again when chris gate crashes back into EC. I am the scout so I am slow boating back to EC- with a prop modless link tengu when he jumps back into GM. I don't realize this(shooting at a moa) until it is too late and I am locked and pointed 8km's from the gate with no prop mod. Chris comes back to try and get the drake off me while I am spamming the jump button. 3000km 80% shields 2800km 60% shields 2700km 20% shields!!! 2650km 0% shields!!! + Show Spoiler + FUCKING 2500KM and I jump through in 40% armor. Holy dick fuck my butthole was clenched on that one The drake ends up getting away after letting chris get away some how and we go home after some odd but fun skirmishes. | ||
