It's not practical. Its actually really easy, especially because instead of a tiny little dot on the trees like in dota, there's a huge glowing plant eye. The sight range of the courier isn't great, but if you fly around its glaringly obvious where the trees are. | ||

Treant's Eyes in the Forest skill in DotA places an actual tree now, there isn't a glowing dot or something as conspicuous as that. You won't notice it unless it's really obvious, like a tree in the middle of the fucking of lane or you are literally playing which don't belong. The coloring is the same or almost the same as the surrounding treescape. Like this, the circled tree is an Eye and those aren't even the hard ones. | ||

Once you know what the trees look like it really isnt hard. Also on top of that you arent looking at the entire map, because you really just want key locations (mostly runes/high travel areas/rosh) to keep the enemy from being able to see it. If they put a tree at the juke spot below sent first tower at btm and that tower is dead, its not really getting alot of use and i don't see it netting much intel for your team. | ||
