Little did I realize that I would always get 4 agi carries with me, telling me how much I sucked for being 0-4-22 (in a good game). In games like you mentioned, people absolutely do not listen, and think, "I'll just go rice for 20 mins then I'll be pro." People absolutely do not understand the team aspect to the game. I stopped playing ES and now I just play OP Treeant because with a team he's great, and without a team he still comes out positive KDR so I don't have to listen to incessant whining from the 4 agi carry team. You can't win all games, regardless of how well you play. But you can get pretty damn close provided the a) skillgap between you and the rest of the players in the game is big enough and b) you can succesfully rally your team. Your best bet with those shitty agi-lineups is to pick a hero to go mid with that can apply pressure until midgame, ideally longer. The problem with this though is that in anything but high-end pubs you'll probably meet their strongest player on the opposing team in the midlane. If he's better than you or if his pick counters yours (and the skill gap between the two of you isn't wide enough to make up for it) you're in deep shit though. The problem with going mid on pubs is you'll often have to insta-pick and claim it or the random ~50-55% winrate agi player will claim it, which leaves you very open to being counterpicked :/ Many a pub can be won almost solely by punishing the opposing team sufficiently in the first 15-20 minutes as it almost always destroys their morale, which always results in the little teamplay they may have had completely collapses. The point isn't that you should take every loss on your own shoulders, but rather than whenever you play those absolutely horrendous games you should still attempt to pick up as much you can from the game rather than simply blaming your team and moving on to the next one. And if you want to improve rapidly, don't emphasize too much on winning. Winning pubs often involves taking as few unnecessary risks as possible which overall means you'll get less experience in terms of how far you can push your hero in a given situation as well as the importance of timing and position.

Last I checked SK were dominating, MSI was on a losing streak and EG just lost chu and someone else (how the hell do I not remember...) Basically SK is still dominating, they've had a rocky road recently, being disqualified from GG.net's tournament (i think) for using ringers. Korok and bdiz left for EG and SK picked up JoshP and Merlini, don't know if Josh is still with them. EG and MSI are still good teams but nowhere near where they used to be. DRD just beat EG senseless a couple of days ago. Then you have teams like DWi and OK which are doing pretty well but also losing games here and there. Duskbin is still doing okay and there's a new KD team with Rexi and Era and some other guys I don't remember. Oh yeah, Sender also joined SK. Hope that helped
