No idea about next glitter character but my guess is Kaeya or Lisa as the F2P and maybe the Chongers as the Gacha character. | ||

Xiangling with cresant pike is a good carry and Fischl is a good unit. Ningguang can slap but she needs heavy investment and farming for petra set (she can be a good burst support with Petra 4 set but her DPS set iirc is 2 Petra 2 Glad). Later on in the abyss countering specific elements in both teams becomes big for breaking shields. I think I ended up even using a lvl 20 amber in 1 clear just to break shields. Decide on your primary dpsers and invest in them the most and you can get away with a lot less investment in the supports and healers (just make sure they aren't weak enough to get 1 shot). I really want Xinyan for another Pyro user so hope I get her. | ||

Who knew that full geared Venti/ Klee was a good comp  Still on the fence if I want to go for Childe. I already have Mona, Xingqiu and Barbara for water, but only Noelle and MC for Geo. This means I have enough water that I don't NEED more water and not enough Geo that Zhongli might actually not be good for me cause I can't really use his Geo explosions. And I have a Rust just sitting there but if I get Zhongli I might have to give him XL's Crescent Pike :/ Also I'm 32 out of 34 Stardust for Bennet. Or I wait what comes in 5 days. Man I'm so torn right now | ||

I should also hit WL6 tomorrow by hitting AR45. The dungeon to level up will be a pain in the ass to do, as it always is, but I believe it will be worth it. I desperately need to start farming trinkets after. | ||

Unmatched healing, team atk buff that scales well, cleansing capability, low cd on his skill, pyro reactions, etc. He's straight up the best healer/support in a lot of team comps. | ||

First you need to be lucky to get the one you want. Then you need to roll somewhat good stats on it. And then the 5* need a shitton of mats to upgrade to level 20. I'd say in terms of overall overpoweredness my #1 and #2 are Bennett and Xingqiu respectively. Yes Klee and Diluc do more damage, but you can generate damage in other ways, whereas the whole collection of BS that Bennett brings as well as XQ's abuse of the reaction system are unparalleled and frankly one-of-a-kind at the moment. Goodness if they ever release a superior version of Bennett - that's when you'll know the power creep is very real. | ||

Point is, no-one should feel pressured to spend currency to get specific characters they may not enjoy having if challenges can be played without them. Harris1st should save his starglitter (he confused it with stardust) for characters he may want to enjoy playing instead. Unless of course he doesn't care and he just want the power. | ||

I only have 2 5-star artifacts and 83 4 star ones. 581 3-star. I also have not been able to find Noblesse Oblige and some of them other more recommended ones yet. I just scraped by getting 7 Gladiator's Finale, 6 Martial Artists and 5 Maiden's Beloveds. And of all of those, only 1 Gladiator's Nostalgia and Conductor's Top Hat are the only 5 stars. Running out of Mora and Red/Purple books to try to get my characters up to snuff, and I'm wondering at what point I should go the same route finally with my artifacts or if I should wait until after achieving something else. | ||

Don't stress too much about 5-star artifacts. It's perfectly fine to upgrade purples to +16 if the main stat + sub stats are good. Then, when you finally get good gold-tier artifacts, you can feed those purples into the goldens to get like 90% of the XP invested, back. Noblesse Oblige, Firewitch, Maiden's Beloved, Thundersoother all come from running domains, it's natural you didn't find any yet. edit: Also level 60 at WR5? Feels low like hell, Immediately get your main DPS to 80. And his weapon as well. Don't forget to upgrade talents to lv 6+. It's a lot of tedious book farming but it's worth it. If you're not a whale, focus your resources. Don't get everyone to 80/70... just the 4 members you bring everywhere. Did you rob the Northern Bank chest in Liyue for 200K? Did you trade in your anemo/geo geodes for mora? The limited options are a good trade. Infinite, not so much. Books are a problem for everyone and there really isn't a solution. | ||

Artifact levels are mostly only crucial for your carry. They should be equipped with minimum 4* for all slots at this point. You'll get some 5* here and there from running the weekly bosses. While we talk a lot about substats for artifacts, the main stat is what makes an artifact worth considering vs being outright garbage. For main stats, the following is important:
Thus, the most important artifact to level is your feather. It's an easy way to boost atk. Cup is the second most important IF the main stat is the correct type of damage. Set bonuses are pretty tough to manage. Expect to use random 2-set bonuses until you hit WL6. | ||

It was not that I didn't want him, just that I didn't want to start spending cause of him (or any character for that matter) Luckily I hadn't done much Spiral yet so there were quite a few Primogems to get there. Then got lucky in the roll to get another Diona which gave me my last 2 missing Starglitters to get Bennett with a few hours left  All that is left to do now is to build him up which will take forever cause I put everything I got in to get Childe up to par. Probably thje most "life sucking out of you" mechanic is not to get characters but to get them where the rest of the team is. I really hope they put in some sort of chatch up mechanic with 1.2 otherwise getting new characters is a curse instead of a reward :/ | ||

You get a lot more 5* artifacts from AR40 - 45 just by doing the stuff you always do like weekly bosses and element bosses. The next quest in the Handbook is to bring eight 5* to level 20 which will use up ALL your 1* - 3* artifacts and most of your 4* artifacts. Levels 16 - 20 need insane amounts of artifact XP I just reached WR6 yesterday and now I'm finally thinking about running artifact domains Did you guys notice that domain rewards are influenced by clear time? I'm not sure yet but I think there is a connection there. Will do some googling / redditing on this | ||

I think events and such give enough stuff to level someone for the most part, but it would be nice if they could give a little bit more. As someone who doesn't fret about levels beyond hitting 60 I'm mostly caught up on leveling people though. That said I do get the BP which is a significant amount of resources. | ||
