Even if so. The amount of streaming the players have to do for C9 will make it impossible to forge a super team.
I know that other strong players also stream alot, but my personal opinion (which could be very false and flawed) was always, that C9 builds much more on player streams and fame instead of results, atleast aslong they reach they can make it into the groups of the majors.
And I still say, streaming is not training and has no good effect on your skill or your teamwork.

Does skadoodle stream? I never see him stream and his play as of late suggests he doesn't even play that much.

Stewie hasn't added anything new to the team, could be replaced by about anyone, Skadoodle last year was one of the top AWPers(granted he was a fucking turret and SG told him where to stand) but right now he seems to miss even the easiest of shots. Rumor also has it that he barely practices. He went from being one of the best AWPers(in terms of raw aim) to not even being the best AWPer in NA(or top 3 for that matter). Even when he was in form and a great AWPer he wasn't as good as a player as other AWPers(his rifling is also mediocre).
Nothing does oke given that he has to IGL, can't really blame the guy, hard to lead C9 and a large burden on him. Shroud's aim seems fine but thats about it. Freakazoid idk, guy seems lost without SG telling him what to do, ocasionally has moments of brilliance but overall seems to struggle.
In general C9 just lacks general IGL but also just plays really pubby, they are neither a team that can rely on good strategy/teamplay nor one that can rely on good individual skill, you need atleast 1 of them to do well.

stewie doesn't deserve to be on the team that's for sure. Not sure what else you can do when your star awper actually cant awp anymore. There simply isn't enough talent in NA to replace what you would lose. maikelele could be a good pickup in stewie's place possibly. sgares rejoining and n0thing being cut would be another good move. shame really. atleast liquid and clg achieve somewhat respectable lan results.

For both it will remain to be seen whether they will be able to perform in the long term. In terms of CLG they beat an awfull fucking Envy and then beat Gambit in a close(and really REALLY sloppy) match. Looked good overall but I want to see it in a bo3.
Liquid feels like the most promise as they beat Fnatic and had a close series with LG. I imagine though that they played with less pressure on them with Adren(as they feel less need to perform as well since its not the full roster). People will also take Liquid more seriously and will start to study them (VPro ran all over C9, in the words of Taz if you read SG you read C9). They will also have to make sure that S1mple doesn't destroy the team from within, hopefully Hiko(lol) can step in there as it feels like Hiko is one of S1mple's closest friends. Moreover, more moments like the MLG qualifier could help.

The best way for avoiding S1mple destroying the team from the inside is usually to play at his level or better

Hiko and s1mple are too good on lan to simply fade away and s1mple seems to make elige a way better player too. My only concern is nitro who has been underperforming as of late and then the koosta situation because s1mple literally put on an awp clinic at the major.
CLG will probably not improve much more but at least teams have to take them somewhat serious.

Well, jdm makes a strong case for his awp, that is certain. Sad he couldn't put up the performance on stage... (well, I'm happy Liquid won so not so sad about that, but for him as a player that's quite a shame)

JDM got straight bodied by s1mple in awp battles though which basically says to me that jdm, while a good awper, is not a star player because he lacks ability with other weapons. Historically, dedicated awpers have always had inflated stats. They get to sit back and rack up 1 shot kill frags, enter bomb sites last, and save their weapon when a round goes wrong.

JDM also missed some crucial(and easy) shots in the match, he also is a much MUCH worse rifler then S1mple is. S1mple's awping style is also a lot more aggressive(more similair to JW or Guardian). Its not just about hitting shots its also where do you hit them and how much do they matter. JDM's T-side Awping hasn't been super impressive from what I have seen.
Top 3 excluding LG is probably
1. S1mple
2. Koosta
3. JDM.
