Or am I the only one who notices that attacks very regularly desync from their animation? People talk about beating pokemon with really lower CP pokemon by dodging but I tend to just assume they're either very lucky or lying or something because attacks seem to have a 10-20% chance to be synced from their animation and thus unavoidable.
Animations don't always line up right, but the yellow flash always seems fine. I always dodge immediately after that and it works well, easy to dodge almost 100% of attacks unless I screw up. Just have to make sure you are timing your attacks well so you aren't stuck in attack animation when the yellow flash comes. For example, if I'm using a pokemon with confusion, I dodge, then attack once, then dodge then attack once etc. After dodging an enemy special I can sometimes get 2 attacks in before dodging again or use a special of my own. When attacking with water gun though I can usually get 2-4 attacks in between enemy basic attacks and up to 5 in after a special.
I have found it harder to dodge when another person is fighting the gym at the same time however, tends to lag and do weird things.

Any word on when this comes out?

Since they're labeled as Server-side changes, and they've been found through data-mining/seeing changes in-game, they're presumably already active.

I am definitely getting more potions from pokestops and my eggs are updating the distance quicker, resulting in less lost distance I think(I wanna pay some more attention to this before saying its 100%). As for the spawn changes....nothing noticeable. Still Pidgey/Rattata/Spearow/Weedle spam with the odd anything really tossed in. Have not seen any new spawn points either.

Yeah I was happy to see the reports of more regional pokemon but... still no mr mime anywhere

Hatch an egg and check the IV's of my Tentacool. 15/15/15 is the only possible outcome :D Evolved and get Acid/Hydro Pump!
Then Evolve a 85-91% NidoranM into Nidoking and get Poison Jab/Megahorn

Could've been Fury cutter/Megahorn

So with the abundance of water pokemon in gyms, at least in my area, taking a level 16 91.1% IV Weepinbell to a Victreebell and power all the way up to my current level of 23 makes sense right? I'm not power farming my dust so I want it to be worthwhile and it seems like a good move.
I guess I would wait to see the Victreebell's moves?

I guess I would wait to see the Victreebel moves? Yes. My 85ish percent Victreebel does great against all the damn Vaporeon's in the Gyms. Wait for moves before dusting though. If you get shit moves the IV/CP aint gonna be any help. Mine got Razor Leaf/Leaf Blade. Not perfect but good enough

That's what my 96% one got . Don't know if there is any use for him now.

The fucker is super far away from the camera and moves like a Zubat on acid. Don't think I've ever missed so many throws.

For pokemon like that turn AR on. You can get them closer to you with the right positioning. I only use AR for pokemon that are max distance and move a ton. And of course for funny pictures :p
