Just finished my second Commander/Ironman playthrough, this time with a couple mods. Really liked the additional classes, having only 4 felt a little lackluster after having played longwar for so long. Advanced Warfare Center was generous this time, I got Run/Gun on like 4 of my guys, loved it.
Favorite class is still a gunslinger sniper, give that guy armor piercing rounds and he will simply kill everything.
Only think we know about Vahlen is that she is missing. Shen's daughter found some notes Vahlen wrote in the past they're jumbled being written in both English and German.
She could be a collaborator, willing (for her love of science) or unwilling, being supervised by a chip like the new science dude had. Anyway, many people anticipate her return with the Terror from the Deep reference in the game.

I am eagerly awaiting dlc/expansion or whatever. This game is so fucking good and i need a reason to play it again  Or the equivalent of a longwar mod, that would be sick.
I've already played with the Rogue/Trooper/rifleman/leader mods, having a couple of new classes makes the game even more betterer!

At some point my aim is to run a playthrough with only gunslingers and nades to pistol the fuck out everyone
I can't imagine ill make it very far as gunslinger only gets good at the end but you know, imma try.

Ill prolly give up or lose(both very likely) before it gets to the point where gunslingers are actually useful.
I will wait until someone invevitably makes a Western mod(I mean cmon, too easy, SOMEONE will make this)

I really enjoyed my demoman playthrough where I had at least 3 nadiers in the team. There's just something soothing about flat out bombing the maps out of the way. Kinda like in UFO.

For Gunslinger only playthrough I would go for lots of flashbangs/smoke. Atleast in the early game. And pray you are lucky on the experimental ammo x3.

Game crashes when I try to load my saved game. Anyone else has that issue?

I must be really lucky. I've had minimal game crashing problems on my playthrough. In fact, the only time when I sometimes run into trouble is when I load a game.

Not personally, but I know people are having crashes when loading missions with chrysallids and the final mission.

They really need to release the patch soon to fix all these bugs and performance issues. I still can't play it again without suffering the pains of sub 20 FPS gameplay
I hope swords get buffed in legendary mode, or scale better late game for all game modes. They also need more unique missions like they had in XCOM EU/EW, like that dreaded infinite Chrysalid mission in Newfoundland, or the rescue mission on the water dam
