i think try turning v-sync off and on and see if that makes a difference or not, usually flickering like that is the game out of sync with your monitor's refresh rate

Just fixed it! Thanks!
It was to do with volumetric lighting mostly!

Now I'm finally out of the vault and just listening to music all day on the radio :D

Sorry, it wasn't volumetric lighting. It was removing: "Disable Fake Lights" from the ENB and adjusting Reshade to sharpen more.

WTF, Nuke World will be the last DLC for Fallout 4 after that just patches?! God dammit.

That means Fo4 was only worked on post launch for less than a year if true, besides the occasional patch to be released.

The automatron and far harbor together are about 10-20 hours playtime. The other dlcs are just base building gimmicks. The next one seems to have some content but i dont expect it to be as big as far harbor.
If you have to ask id say skip automaton and do far harbor on a finished save because its high level area and fairly independent on the main story.

the DLCs are pretty shit and since the basegame isnt that exciting either, you can skip that 2nd playthrough.

I hope this isnt a sign of whats coming for elder scrolls.

do I have to wear leather in order to be stealth?

Wouldn't consider Far Harbor "late-game" I'm only level 18 and breezing through most of it.

Just finished the game.

Drags on for too long and I really felt that no matter what path I did story-wise, it'd end up the same.
Fun game, but after awhile, it doesn't scale in diversity of enemies and I gave up stealth when I realize how pointless it really is/was.

The sad thing the world never expands with Far Harbor you have to e teleport there. And in Skyrim you could do so much more. Not much in this case. Settlers don't repair or start clearing rubble, or scavenge other parts of the world and so on.

Sucks.

I didn't do any Settlement things. The UI and work for it was so tedious, I couldn't take it.
I didn't use any Power Armor until the end because it felt so sluggish and needless and I agree, Far Harbor was a big disappointment.

I like Fallout 4 for the theme and radio music, but Skyrim had the better world overall!
