Seriously, I've seen really fast Smash 4 games. I dunno, there's just something about Smash 4 games at tournaments where the players seem completely unwillling to do anything even remotely risky. If you don't take any risks, there's no reward both for you and also the viewers. JMiller outside of like Luigi vs Sonic (although it's Sonic's fault) usually has pretty damn quick games. His Luigi is insane and he doesn't mind taking risks. | ||

It didn't change in Brawl's lifetime and I doubt it will in Smash 4... The problem with Smash 4 IS that there is bad risk reward. | ||
