Everything has been pugged so far... Well technically our nooby guild got 2/7 this week but it's mostly filled with casuals and rl friends. Hoping to go 7/7 this week in pugs and drag my guild through a Brak or Tec kill this week as well. I'm also hoping to get an early H Kargath kill this week so the guild can get some farming in. Been having a lot of fun lately but pugs can be frustrating for sure! So if anyone needs a tank for HM pugs this week add me 640 ilvl Warrior + Show Spoiler + Sch1sm#1936 NA Horde | ||

for unholy guide, i think the icyveins guide covers the basics pretty well: http://www.icy-veins.com/wow/unholy-death-knight-pve-dps-guide the biggest thing really is to use soul reaper as much as possible. try to use your potion during soul reapers and while gargoyle is up (and while dark transformation and defile are up if you can help it). the most overlooked thing is probably dark transformation uptime. when there's 15 seconds left im taking a look at my runic power and runes to plan out how im gonna have max runic power the moment it ends so i can death coil five times as fast as possible. make sure to use defile at points in the fight when its full duration will hit. figure out the best timings for your defensives every fight. dont just save them all and then use them all when you're dying. make a macro with /cast lichborne /cast [target=your_name] Death Coil and use it for emergency healing -- can be more powerful than death pact albeit at the cost of some damage. for example on mythic twins when third pulverize was falling, if i had some RP saved up i'd heal back up with death coils, otherwise i'd switch to blood presence to reduce the damage. glyph of empowerment can be good for butcher, since you need the extra healing and damage at the same time (during berserk). about garrison resources: i guess i just like to play it safe. before they nerf scavenger or change the garrison resources system in any way, i'd rather bank it up now and hover around 9k. however seeing as how there's no sign of any change coming soon, and mats prices are probably only gonna drop more and more, it makes sense to use the trading post to turn the garrison resources into gold atm too. keep in mind you could go a week without seeing the lvl 100 or ilvl 615/630 garrison resources missions if your luck is bad. and seeing as how blizzard often only gives a day or two heads up before nerfs/changes, you could be out of luck. | ||

Lots of good info~ (open question) are there any addons good for monitoring a few things, specifically uptime on ghoul transform and the cooldown of those abilities that have a cooldown but also a rune cost (soul reaper, defile) - i got weakauras and i'l have a look at that in a sec, but i'm not sure what it's capable of On December 18 2014 02:21 Noocta wrote: Funnily enough, Butcher is the first boss I killed in Heroic.
