TL13 Sign ups have closed. Unless anyone has an objection I'm moving the map to 'Irrisque' a 118(10 caves)+14(three 4 provinces lake, and a 2 province lake) (link: http://z7.invisionfree.com/Dom3mods/index.php?showtopic=3069 ). The map seems pretty nicely 'balanced' in that all province types as well as heat/cold connections are well spaced out. It also has the number of cave/water provinces we're looking for with Agartha+Atlantis.

Now submit your pretenders, we'll start when everyone has them in.

seems kinda odd that there are provinces connected with a "mountain connection" but those provinces don't have the tag "border mountains"

examples: 21-26 ; 106 -112

And it has an unbalanced impact, some provinces get the penalization (less pop and less movement optiosn) without the benefit of more resources.

also a lot of "fresh water" tags are missing

I would also suggest to remove the "no start" tag from the wastelands.

Are we still playing with 5/3/0 thrones?

I took this as a map design choice. Examining the map I was able to (only) find 2 border mountain provs, the low count is intended I think.

For the most part, every startable province borders atleast a forest or mountain with having 5/6 land connections. I'm not sure if resources should be a big issue?

Thats something that needs to be fixed, I don't actually see a single province marked with it. Good catch.

Theres a start area left open for wasteland pref starts, its the only 2 connecting wasteland provs on the map(4+129). But I don't think it matters to open up wasteland starts? None of the chosen nations have a wasteland start bias as far as I know.

No, I'm not sure what I'll change it to yet.

One thing to add is I'm going to take away a couple coastal no starts so Atlantis should start between two lakes having access to 8 water provinces instead of potentially getting stuck with access to only 4. I'm pretty happy with the cave starts Agartha can get

Well, I haven't heard from vschwarz, so we'll go whenever Sunaj gets his pretender in. We'll use the modified Irrisque. 7/4/0 thrones with 8 to win. A bit light on throne count but with the lack of natural boarders and most everyone bordering everyone, we have the ability to hopefully gang anyone who gets too ahead.

is there some discord group not just for TLers for Dom4 or something (4chan maybe?), I want to learn the game more but its hard to learn on my own

also if i have like 10 mages in my army, how do i tell the guy with Divine Blessing to cast it before other mages start casting Blessing...
what happens is
like 9 mages cast blessing, then 10th guy casts divine blessing....?
