People have been scraping the Steam database updates I believe. They've picked up updates for the game icon, some achievement icons, etc. On July 15 2013 03:28 Keniji wrote: how exactly do the power bars work in kof? I understand as much as that you can activate them to get more dmg(?) and they have different levels of power. The green bar is HD meter. You can spend half of it to cancel a special move into another special move [this is where you see Drive Cancel on the screen]. Red is your standard super meter. First character can have up to 3. Second character up to 4. And anchor can have access to full 5 meters.

I find Kim and Kyo reasonably easy. The biggest difficulty are the imputs, which are very restrics, blazblue like.

The thing is though - a release on PC may allow for modded netcodes. MBAACC had trashy netcode for its built-in client, but some guy wrote up a caster plug-in that makes it quite playable online for a lot of people. Although yeah, a PC release would fare much better with improved netcode, a PC release alone would allow the potential for a fan with some programming knowledge to do a good job with it as well.
