How are everyones' guilds holding up with WoD release around the corner? I know my guild runs 1 DS and 2-3GAs simultaneously every week and even then we felt the strain.
I don't think we specifically lost anyone to WOD yet, we have ~53 active raiders and we're running raids 4x a week with some bonus raids

Are there any decent guilds left on luminai? or is there zero reason to not be on rabbit at this point~
Something like a few weeks after the transfers, one of my guildies said that nobody had registered a progression kill on luminai since. I think pretty much everyone serious is on Jabbit now, Luminai is the worst of all of the megaservers in the world AFAIK

Cryo if you have questions about DS let me know what you are still having problems with. I am pretty open, even more to TL members, so if you still have problems let me know.
Also, the Life Fire pair can confirm is the stupidest fight i have ever seen. I dont think Codex has kill this one. It gives a server announcement for a NEW pair being killed. ie, water, logic and earth logic will both give server announcements.
We hit 20% boss HP half a dozen times today. I was on interrupting for the first time, we never got cleanly out of the second pillar phase because of losing important people, but we got to second pillar phase, second pillar with 39 or 40 people alive quite a lot of times.. just crazy collapses after that
there is some stuff that we didn't know, like squares doing damage as they spawn and over time, as well as the damage at the end. Figured that one on review today it killed me on one attempt 9.5 minutes in because other people were too close, got damage from squares spawning and then subsequently got oneshot by unavoidable damage
There is one about spamming gifs and things. Its to not be a troll. I dont know if its a rule still but there used to be one.

This makes me ask, are your interrupters clearing stacks?
Also how many healers do you have? I think we had 8 when we first killed it. Sometimes we still use 8 when people suck.
Another thing, is that everyone needs to remember to stay calm and just keep doing what they are doing. I normally make a call to stay focused. Peoples adrenaline starts going, people forget what they need to do. Stay calm and keep doing what you are doing and the boss will go down. We keep going down stairs at the 20% mark. I am not sure if you do but it makes things easier IMO.

We are using 6 healers i think. Maybe 7, not 8. There's 7 on the raid frame but i thought it was one per group, not sure how it's set up otherwise
we are clearing the stacks, but if you clear right before second pillar phase then one person will probably have one, you'll all probably have 2-5 stacks as the phase goes on before you can clear again unless non-interrupters are hitting the power surges, which we didn't really do yet
^that's probably the most painful fuck up i have recorded (brain not registering second laser) but you see how fast Sublime fell moments before i did. The raid fell apart like 10 seconds later for unrelated reasons and we got them to 18 and 20%
Actually that's the pull where one boss was moved in a weird way at the end and they got too close and oneshot half the raid
i'm not sure enough of these fight mechanics, but i think i will mention using 8 healers and having people other than the assigned interrupters helping during the pillar phase, especially second one because i don't think we've got to the fourth pillar without losing half of our interrupters yet. It's really damn hard to position in a way that lets you never get hit by squares, circles, move efficiently through lasers, share heals with people who are grouped and getting healed and yet never lag behind the boss or be out of range to interrupt surge immediately. I recorded for a night and i just have a folder full of videos that are like "i should have probably moved to that position during those few seconds in pillar phase" but it just doesn't work out like that at all when you're in the phase and there is flashy red stuff everywhere and running around the room to be done
i'm on add group on sunday, my experience of suddenly being switched onto interrupt during a kill attempt night without much idea what to do (after practicing for ~15-18 hours on add groups) was not too pleasant :D I'd rather just do it every night or 50/50 at least to have some familiarity without making so many stupid mistakes at first
How many extra lockouts do you get from transfering back and forth between servers? I'm hearing some names and rumors for abusing that (and enigma is one of them)

Come to rabbit and apply to IN, try to be the next guy that drowns in loot (one of our engis raided GA two days back to back and got ~12-13 pieces of loot including ohmna weapon)
Special bonus: Jump in DS as a trial, kill SD three pulls later
From what I heard Eugenic's in a really dire roster state again, they only managed to muster 38 people for the fresh raid clear, and they had 30~ people log on for the second night. Which is really disheartening.
Bradwan pls pm me vods of your ele pair kills xoxo (TL > guild rivalry RIGHT RIGHT?! ^^ Tbh, we're far from being competitive, our raiding structure is incredibly flawed, we're kind of an amalgamation of guilds that died to the roster boss, it's a really hostile raiding atmosphere. For me it's more of a, there's nowhere else on NA exile, kind of deal =/.
Also, I believe that server transfers have a 1 week cooldown, So if Enigma are doing what they are being accused of (efficiently), they would get 1 more lockout per week. If top tier raiding in wildstar were wow-like competitive it would be more of an issue, now it's kind of meh, good on them for putting in the effort, we would probably do it if we were in the same position / good enough to clear that fast too.
@Cyro, that was a weird death, it almost looked like they synced for a moment and your raid took massive damage. Do you have a log that I can go over? Do you stream your attempts? Maybe I can watch your Vods and give you what you need to down the boss.
@nehcnhoj What ele pair are you having problems with? To be honest at this point, they kinda just fall over for us.
Fire/Life is just so stupidly tuned that it is more then just a brick wall. Its like a brick wall, around the great wall of china, that has been reinforced with concrete, that has a 100 miles of desert, then a mote, then another 100 miles of desert, then a brick wall again, to only find out that you went the wrong way and have to go back through the brick wall, again, cross the mote, pull a weed out of the ground, go down stairs, answer a riddle from the dungeon keeper, fight Lavos, and then you might be able to kill the boss.

I recorded some last raid and will do next one, could maybe livestream if you wanted to watch and help out on TS for example
it wasn't a sync. The power surge killed sublime in two ticks from like 70% HP because he was interrupting first and came into the phase with 1 stack so he had like 3-4 stacks at that point - i hit interrupt immediately but because of the delay in the game i can't consistently stop it before the 1.0 second damage tick even if i stop attacking the boss and reposition my hand to wait for him to cast, so "interrupt faster" doesn't stop that damage. I might be able to get it a lot more than i have been doing, but with that amount of stacks and HP there's no way to guarantee not being immediately blown up by damage that's not consistently avoidable
then i had rush on cooldown, i made the probably wrong snap decision to try to immediately follow the boss and then jumped through laser (instead of rolling) right into the second laser. I'd probably die even if the second laser wasn't there, because i took 2-3 damage ticks instead of potentially 1 or even 0 and i wasn't in heals

Looks like you got auto attacked right after memory wipe. Tank didnt pick up aggro there. When do you raid next? I might be able to jump in TS and help

I cant give to much away but i will say this. The DPS check on the adds is VERY VERY High. At the same time you are taking damage, having to dodge telegraphs and still have to do a MASSIVE amount of damage. The requirement is just stupid. The fight is very taxing on players to the point that if 1 person dies, its a wipe. Also at the same time of doing a massive amount of damage, you have to do a ton of healing. I mean if you are not at 100% you are in danger of die-ing, your shields don't recharge at this point in the fight also, so you know, get fucked. And again if one person dies, its a wipe.
Also there was a point where the adds, did not take damage. By this i mean, you did 100k damage, they healed 100k, and stayed at 100%. So yeah, that was a good week delay.
I see. Is this a problem with one of the bosses, or does it only happen when you get Life AND Fire? (In other words could you get lucky with the pairs next week and reach Avatus?)

I don't think i got hit by autoattack, he just does a burst AOE for that much damage after memory wipe that's unavoidable. You can see it on the health of a few other people, but if you have 3 or 4 stacks from interrupting it'd hit way harder - I'm not 100% sure on the mechanics though. If i did get hit, that's my fault.
^Ban (one of our engi's) was stood behind me and took ~40% of his health in damage, so i would expect to be hit for half health at minimum even without a ton of stacks. I didn't have the HP to survive it because of hard to avoid trickle damage, not getting healed and me not standing in available heals
