Hey, I tried out that server the other day. Was going to hop into TS, but no one was on. Unfortunately, I reformatted my computer, and I have to find time to reinstall dayz again, so it might be a day or two until I am back on

I thought they said the bugs in the current DayZ will be able to be fixed because they engine they are using now is heavily modified just for DayZ and that they have the ability to do anything they want so they will not have bugs they are unable to fix?

I think most people are waiting for the standalone. Bugs + hackers mixed with the fact the standalone is just around the corner makes many people not want to play the mod.

New goal for today, find a fresh spawn on a private server, knock them out, put wire fencing around them so they can't get out and then watch them slowly starve to death. Anyone want to join me?

But why would they come back? They're either going to ask a friend to cut it and escape or they're gonna find a different server to play on. Nobody is just gonna sit there and starve to death ^_^

I've played a few times and all evening today on Braindeath server. It's casual paradise, great to pop in gear up fast and just look for trouble in all kinds of vehicles or helis. It has 300+ vehicles, and 2 types of helis, they are just all over the map mostly on the northern edge plus planes in the NE airfield, bunch of them to fly around and do kamikaze runs or parachuting in the middle of cherno :D. It has 10 times the heli crash sites + custom crash sites and carepackages with military stuff m4 m16 m14 svds etc. You need to whitelist yourself but its simple and takes usually a few hours.

oh god, I started playing again ... I got eaten by Rocks 3 times ... cant wait for the Standalone (though I think it will also have its big share of bugs)

Anyone here play any wasteland? its a pretty fun to play and has a great team system ingame, its so good i even think that it would fit for dayz if it were to be implemented someday.

omg, i KNEW they had somethign liek that. i was on namalsk on 1B server and i killed one of their guys 2 times. Ofc they got pissed and called me a dick for killing the 2nd time unecessarily. I was in 3 thick pine trees in a ghillie suit laying down and they threw a nade at me. They missed, and shot me from somewhere becuase they knew exactly where i was. I called them out on BS and they said they saw me move to the trees 5 mins ago (truth is i never moved at all for like 30 mins)
