Really can't decide, if it goes below that price I think I'll bite. :o We are still playing this but it makes more sense to wait for standalone at this point imo. Server pops are low and the mod is not the same as it was back when it was first released.

I guess we were, when we had our server but we're in a more dormant state now so I don't think we really count. Probably worth sending a link to just this thread though, we've been quite active since the beginning. Edit: I linked him to this thread and the steam group, don't want to miss out on any news.

This dude wouldn't team wit me because I didn't have a ghillie suit Dont be silly. How else can you determine someone's level of competency at Dayz? There are only 2 kinds of people... those with ghillie suits, and the n00bs. i miss this game and cant wait for standalone... i REALLY hope we dont have to wait until march. =/ And those who got ghillies and ask how to use them by shouting from their mic in direct chat

This is just my opinion of course but DayZ, regardless of the bugs inside the game, I had some of the best times I have ever had on any game I have ever played. People are saying the standalone might not be out until march(I hope its not that far away ) but imo it is definitely worth it.

The current state of the game is a lot different than it used to be at the start of this year. The number of hackers has increased more than tenfold. And the only way to play in a hacker free environment is to get into a private server. And even then it doesnt feel the same when you're playing in a private server due to the amount of admin "power abuse", or just the fact that it doesnt feel as public as an open server. Just wait for standalone. You wont get a pleasant experience out of Day Z atm, unless you wanna try a private server. Which imo, would be a different experience than what the hype was all about at the release of this mod.

More info at bmrf.meBMRF.me Great environment, great people, I have seen no mod abuse, 5 servers, and active events. My name is Dean Martin over there, if you see me give me a shout.

Day Z Commander is Rly nice, you can filter Servers by so many options, for example Game Version, Daytime, Crosshair on/off only, Nameplates on/off etc etc Btw nowadays the amount of Hackers is rly low (as i've heard). Also I havent had any hackers on private Servers, also no power abuse.
