Take AS50 out of his backpack, NVG off his face, other AS50 from his tent, two ghillie suits and then I get the fuck off as quick as possible on his green bycicle. I feel a bit dirty but the guy was probably a hacker anyway (didn't die from my 5 SVD camo shots on him.)

I am really glad the Dayzdb map shows contours and vegetation because it makes it really easy to navigate the game. Or just get a map and use waypoints. I didn't know about that feature for a loooong time and would get lost everywhere.

I even baited one guy out using a chemlight. tossed it over a fence, and when he shot near it, i got his position and flanked him. fun times... now if i could get something better than a double barrel and the makarov.

I've only found an in-game map once and the dayzdb map on a 2nd monitor is better anyway. It seems like the vehicles are missing from this most recent restart, can anyone confirm?

Can even be a rangefinder!

obviously we'd lose what. the bandit/hero/survivor skins right? but we'd gain back some level of stability with regards to vehicles? What about the screen tears from military tents, will it be addressed? lastly, how does this effect the clients. do we need to rollback our installs (uninstall/reinstall?) or is the patch backwards compatible for clients. Probably the most pertinent questions most of us are thinking.
