Open said Bag, Click Bag Weapon as if you were picking it up, and it'll swap your current primary to the bag, with the previous Bag weapon becoming your primary. If that makes sense.

Yes, perfectly, thank you. I guess I just assumed that transfer would be much more difficult haha. That is very good to know. Does the ammo switch accordingly as well?

(Vote): Waypoints on in-game Map enabled? I know this might suck for convenience. But I think we should disable waypoints on the server. More realistic and orienteering becomes a real necessity. I had more fun without WPs. My personal preference is to only have WPs enabled if your character has GPS.

I'm Katastrophe.. just spawned.. please dont kill me ~_~ PS: Thanks to Valenius on teamspeak for babysitting me for 30 minutes helping me along. if you open the game through steam then f12 should take a screenshot using steam. If you are in full screen mode I don't think print screen button works and so it just takes a picture of your desktop

Basically if you compare the aiming and looking around to FPS games like CS, Battlefield, COD etc it feels like there's a "delay" kind of... Anyone that can relate ![]() EDIT: Oh, 1 more thing... if I change my graphic settings to normal/low/lowest my 3D resolution changes automatically, if I then change my 3D resolution back to 100%, the graphics automatically go back to High :/... Did what this Reddit link said + Show Spoiler + http://www.reddit.com/r/dayz/comments/wqx8q/getting_low_fps_try_this/ Thanks in advance!

It shouldn't be possible to move that easily, you don't have that luxury in a hypothetical post apocalyptic world, the game should be as realistic as possible. It's much more interesting to navigate by looking at a real map and guess your position depending on your surrounding buildings/natural formations. I was once running toward north and then realizing i was actually heading east and it was an interesting feeling. It also defeates the purpose on the compass, it's imo the most useful tool in the game. I was so happy when i found once because that mean i could run straight through forest and not lose my direction. That marker ruins the orientation skills that someone can have irl and transfert it into the game. it also put him at the same level as a dumb herpiderp guy that doesn't know anything. In a real post apocalyptic world, the ones who have the widest array of skills are supposed to survive more easily Autovote no 1000 times on that poll, thats just silly

People automatically understand how to fire and reload a 249. You never have to take a dump. There are alot of things that aren't real/immersion breaking. Don't use teamspeak just use direct chat! Don't use a loot map! Don't turn gamma up when it's dark. If you log out with a half a magazine and it refills next time you log in go ahead and burn half your bullets again. If you kill a zombie with your axe go find a lake and pretend your sterilizing it before you kill a animal. Start a fire before you drink water from a lake to pretend you sterilizing it. When your running at full speed pretend your guy gets tired and don't run at full speed anymore. When u have a broken leg always go to the hospital because a morphine auto-injector doesn't fix broken legs. Could go on forever think I beat that up enough!

Its actually so easy to get turned around in the forest :p The compass is my favorite tool, I find navigation incredibly difficult without it, although if I find a watch I can also use that to determine my direction by comparing the time to the position of the sun ![]() doing that is way more fun than waypoints imo, although I do cheat and always keep a map up while I play.

I have the interactive map open in my web browser too but it's just a regular map, it doesn't give your position so it's fine. And oZii, you are right about what you say but my point is giving the possibility to mark a point on the map and have the direction to go changes a big part of the core gameplay, because you spend a lot of time roaming. i consider that feature nearly a cheat in this game. Now i think about it, it's like a gps you have but with just a map. On July 20 2012 06:02 oZii wrote: When your running at full speed pretend your guy gets tired and don't run at full speed anymore. Oh and this should implemented, it's a more important details than the other ones you said, it's quite retarded when i run half of the map and have no problem running away from zombies during 20 min

Sacriel is livestreaming right now very good Sniper and probably most viewed DayZ youtuber. I enjoy his gameplay with his squad very good team communication. Kinda reminds me running around with Spartacus.
