RNG is.....random.
You're going to get good streaks, and you're going to get bad streaks. If you build your deck properly you can play through them no problem.
Also, I can't wait for Nexia, getting a couple of extra shuffles will definitely lower the chance of unlucky dungeon losses :p

Just played you xafnia, you mass recalled my vampire hunter iri lol
I thought it was pretty close, never got my undertaker but you had some cultist maids anyways

That is generally a good idea. I can't think of any 5-size followers without real nice abilities that I'd actively want to play, although stuff like Knight Escort and Knight Marksman can be playable in a deck with 2x Kana (Marksman is infinitely better though). Also, stuff like Scardel Pinot Noir for PtB decks. As a rule though, you should attempt to cut your curve down a LOT from what you get in the starter decks. Playing a couple of 3-4's and a couple of buff spells every turn is the best way to beat NPCs.

I would say that in hindsight, vita is probably actually the best for PVE
crooks gets you through the first few dungeons but the harder dungeons will have an easier time with vita
Though tbh, i just play academy and swarm d-rares and rares lol
edit: also, mother fucking sister rosie
5 def size 4 op D:

Finally made my first d.rare, have been too busy making most of the rares. I actually made dark secret and transmuted it to luthica's ward because I was really short on blue ore.

Does it take a long time to find an opponent in Fight? I pretty much have the starter crux deck.

Sometimes. It really depends on your channel, your DP bracket, and your luck. I imagine ~150DP is about the most populated bracket, steer lower or higher than that and you're likely to experience delays.

It doesn't really matter if there are people. In fact, most of the time I hope there is no one on so I can fight the npc for easy accessories without fear of losing. You can stall for like 15 turns and get that A/S-rank :D

Learning how to stall the ai in fight for the b rank daily quest was an entertaining experience.
|
BTW, I should point out that you might want to amend the description in the intro a bit for newbies. I started out with Darklore because it sounded the "easiest". (Bruisers, how simple did that sound?) Boy was I confused at what the hell half their stuff did. I'd say Darklore focuses more on removal and strange buffs where as Crux is more aggro/rushdown with a focus on bruisers.
|
Crux and Academy definitely the best for new players, yeah. Though I think you're going to have the most fun by just picking whatever is aesthetically pleasing to you. The game is a lot less tedious when you enjoy the company of your sword girls!
|
Probably right now vita/crux is the easiest cause they got the simplest cards/followers to craft to start with.
acad is probably the most difficult since their buffs are really awkward (lineage/teatime/BMP) and their weaker followers are REALLY weak

I enjoy playing this game in my spare time . I started with Darklore and wasted all my tokens on crap cards , and then switched to Vita . I didn't like it and went back to playing with Darklore , and after grinding some time in the dungeons i made a decent deck in which i can run all dungeons for materials for cards . I still haven't tried the combat or the arena , because i either don't meet the requirements or i don't get matched against anyone :/ .

Hi guys! started playing like 2-3 days ago and im so addicted to this game! add me to the list, ign Nobu. Im playing crux and already omw to the second kana

There's a "War Cry" option I didn't know about, apparently. Now I scream "HELLO!" before each attack.

Theres a pvp deck which basically... never loses which i've been theorycrafting with a friend
After making it it's absurdly imba, the problem is just a few characters hardcounter it
Cross fingers and hope people don't run those cards looool It's now no1 on ladder :D edit: Wedding dress characters ARE worth it,, and imho are probably the best characters in the game Only Rose and Clarice have decent abilities, the other ones are absolutely not viable. Even for Rose and Clarice, you're talking about ~$120 for their wedding versions, whereas you can get a transform which is almost as good for closer to $20. $120 wouldn't be good value even for the best character in the game. That's kind of my point.
It won ladder :D

There must be something I am missing for 6 hp to be so good.

And it's not only the HP, they only cost 1 DP.

Sure I get how 6hp is like 20% more hp. But for it to mean the difference between not viable and da best characters, that's huge. Are stalls decided by highest hp?
