If Wilson is as bad as people want to suggest. Why would the people who are in the know, start him over Flynn? Pete Carroll isn't one to shy away from starting someone who he thinks is better. They have more rushing attempts than passes. 100 pass attempts in 4 games, that's sad. They are a run first team, then try and surprise then with a qb draw on third or a pass.

Also cats out of the bag, turns out every team in the NFC West can play defense really well.

I'm worried about Andre Johnson since he's playing the Jets and I feel like Arian Foster is just going to run all over their crippled defense and Andre Johnson won't get any targets since he's been spotty all year already. Should I start Hartline? I'm skeptical about him still. Is it worth starting Jonathan Stewart in flex instead of a third WR?

Jets without Revis, are terrible. Houston will embarrass them, nobody on the bench would be worth a start over Andre. I would almost even consider starting Hartline over Steve Smith. Teams can't run against Miami, and Cinci has a great pass game.

The problem with Andre Johnson this week is that Mark Sanchez might throw for more Texans tds than Matt Schaub. It's the same reason I was reluctant to start Torrey Smith against Matt Cassel. Then again, Marshal went off on Monday.

While I don't think Russell Wilson is any good (yet at least, who knows with more experience)... it's hard to say that Flynnn would be any better based on one game.

Surprised that some people think its crazy that I think Minnesota will win the NFC North. They silently beat what was once the Superbowl favorites 49ers in week 3. Overshadowed by the Lions OT loss to the Titans, followed by the unmentionable game. Their schedule looks like they could easily go 7-1 for the first half. Sweeping the Lions, and at worse splitting with GB/CHI. Realistically ending the season 11-5.

I do like their schedule more then GB but i'd have a hard time saying that GB wouldn't take the north when they are effectively a 3-1 team. Problem with vikings is that they beat who they prepare for, Lions Niners, but they lost to the colts offense... and barely beat out jacksonville. I like vikings as a strong wildcard candidate but i just expect GB to take it.

Either way i feel the north is more like, GB>Vikings>Lions=Bears

1 recieving touchdown until Tony Gonzales has 100. Jerry Rice, T.O., Randy Moss, Cris Carter, Marvin Harrison - thats some pretty good company. And TG is playing the best football of his career - I could easily see him playing 20 seasons if he wants to - and if he keeps playing this well, he'll pass T.O. for touchdowns.

The coaching this year is a ton better and I think that and christian ponder being a top 20 (a huge achievement for qb's in Minnesota) is really opening up our game. We stop the run like a mo fo but the pass defense has always been weak.

Anyone think we have good chances of making it to the playoffs?

Give us a decent QB and the Chiefs beat the Ravens by 20 that game, even with some awful officiating calls that all benefited the Ravens. Pretty sad.

As a huge Vikings fan, I want to stay optimistic but I just don't know if I can. I feel like their defense has played as well as it's going to be able to, and while they are 3-1, I don't see them doing a great job in division. I like their schedule (they don't play too many good opponents out of division), but I'm not confident they pick up too many wins.

I could see a 10-6 possibility in their future, the problem is I see two in division teams likely having that record, so I doubt 10-6 will get it done.

Ultimately, I pegged them at about 3 wins this year, so I'm pretty happy so far with how this season has turned out.
