I'm finally fed up with climbing rank alone. I just played on two different MM Servers. On the first one EVERYONE immediately went into FULL camping mode. And there was also a hacker. I tried to play again and got onto a server where everyone just bought shotguns and ran around. Now I have a 7 day time out. I guess it's for the best. I'm an experienced CS player, but so far I had no one to play with really, so I'm still stuck in Silver II. It's unbearable. Can someone play with me please? (In 7 days.)

however the problem is that his reaction time is basically xero. So hes very high skill. So what you have to do is compare him to top level players. In that video hsi reactions were effectivley 0 every single time. You go watch say guardian and then you will see the difference. His reactions are basically 0 but e sometimes has the direction wrong. I cant call it, i have played the game for 10 years and basically thre is a big problem. the top players are that good. their reactions are sick and the game has a lot of lag compensatino so when you watch a replay you *do not* see what they saw on their screen in the game they were in, you see to zero lag version. The zero lag version says hacker ... hwoever the version with lag compensation may say another story. ITs why you can shoot someon in the face and they can teabag you with half their face missing. This is the problem with valve engines and a lot of engines right now that simply hide lag from the public.

I am sure you completely deserve it. The system works. Good. Also silver II blaming team mates for being silver II. lol.

So yeah, I deserve it. Also I don't blame team mates for their bad play or anything. This never happened to me before and I so I never complained. But today was just awful. It was literally CTs sitting next to the bomb without defusing it. I'm not critizising the system or anything. Just wanted to let off a bit of steam (haha).

Also you get a 7 day ban after being banned multiple times in a row consecutively. So GJ being toxic in whatever method you chose to use.

Don't worry, Dangerousmousecatdog frequently labels people as unmannered and such, placing all faults for whatever situation on them without really knowing the circumstances. Not only in this thread. Letting a bit of steam out is not wrong as long as you keep your manners up and don't randomly shit on people, so imho your post was perfectly fine. Agree about dangercat, he jumps down everyones throat for ridiculous reasons. But getting a 7-day means either you got connection issues or you're being toxic one way or another. I got one ages ago and i was being a toxic cunt that whole fortnight.

Can someone play with me please? (In 7 days.) No offense, but if you were really an experienced CS player, you wouldn't got placed into Silver II. I consider myself an "somewhat experienced player but still noob" and I've been playing cs since 1.6, just never really played comp a whole lot and never really seriously. I ranged from GN3 to MG2 since I'm so inconsistent (aging is lots of fun lol). You just need to focus on learning the basics and working on your aim, crosshair placement and how to shoot properly. Getting carried by someone else at this level won't do any good for you if you can't even rank up by yourself. Sure at this level it can be a pain to play since most people are complete retards and most don't seem to care about the teamplay, but by not worrying about your teammates and focusing on improving your own skill, at a certain time you will start getting better and better and you'll probably end up carrying games on your own and then the ranking up will come by more easily. If you keep being at the top of the scoreboard every game you play, you're in the right direction for a rank up. At that rank, winning games by just outshooting and/or outsmarting people should be something really easy to do. Just don't play too aggressively (especially on CT side), work on your crosshair placement, how/where/when to peek, how to shoot and you should be good. edit : I was wondering, for the people who had experience playing in GN3 to MG2, is it just me or it's a whole lot more fun and easier to play against MG1-2 than GNs? I feel like I'm playing better when I get matched in the MG ranks and I'm not sure why. Maybe competent teammates are more frequent in MG than GN? Maybe some GNs are playing a in certain way that puts me off? I really don't know but from my experience of ranging from GN3 to MG2 for a while now, I'm surely having more fun playing with MG ranks. Sure, you can have bad games/teammates whatever rank you are but it seems worst in GNs. Also, games seems to be a lot less 1 sided in MG ranks and in most games, the score is close nearly all game. Sadly, I just can't stay in the MG range for very long because of how inconsistent I am. Time to get that MG back again and stay there for more than a week lol.

And by camping I mean buying scouts in the third round and watch the B entrance for a minute on dust2. As a T. It went on for 15 rounds. I callvoted to kick him, but there weren't enough votes. Meanwhile there was a hacker on the CT side who did 35 headshots and it still took 30 minutes or something. I don't know about you, but I couldn't stand it anymore. I can assure you that I've played CS since early 1.3. I maybe not the most highskilled guy, but I am experienced. And I'm not even complaining about the system or whatever. I just freaked out a bit about two seriously fucked up games. I'm even saying I deserved the ban, folks.

Somehow skipped that line. Well, I think it's arguable whether camping exists in CS or not. I think it exists but one has to be cautious how to use it as a label. Because most "camping" you know from other shooters is tactical in CS. However, pointless sitting into one corner that has no tactical impact on the game or your strat (like T-spawn on inferno) for the whole time could be called camping imho. That being said, I always got annoyed when servers in 1.6 had camp-meters and you couldn't even hold angles for longer than 20 seconds... And yeah, I guess you are right with the 7-day ban. I guess he was quitting some games which isn't nice indeed.

Yes there is a TL CSGO steam group. There is also a Google doc that was linked a few pages back that you can use.

I dont think camping exists at all. Either you're trying to do something, you are legitimately clueless or you're being a deliberate troll in all situations.

Would be really refreshing to play with people who indeed know the game.

Also, having a T with an awp mid on d2 forever, is actually the most annoying thing to deal with on CT side. Makes me hate that map. I guess what people want from those who say they're "experienced" is experience playing the game competitively. Whether it be in competitive leagues back in 1.6 and CS Source like CAL, or CEVO, or ESEA, etc. Not if they've ever played the game once or twice before. If you had to leave that many games a week due to issues outside the game, you either had a really shitty week, or don't plan your time properly. Valve even wrote before you click matchmaking, that you should be ready to commit at least 90 minutes of your time to play competitive. It ruins the game for the rest of your team when you join, and then have to leave. That I would consider as toxic as well. Showing a history of that would definitely hinder your chances of people wanting to play with you.

![]() So, someone on my team got banned not long into the game. I don't get it, why am I forced to play it out then Valve? fuckin morons. Not like my team wants to surrender so lets just get shit on and waste time. Thanks. Just make it like Dota already where if something like this happens you can leave the game without consequence. Lets punish the entire team that happened to get a cheater on it....great idea. EDIT: ended up being a total waste of time. We lost 15-2. I don't get why people wanna play it out...
