Could we please get a Counter-Strike Section in Sports and Games? CS was one of the original PC e-sports and it would be cool to support cross pollination between the scenes. We could have dedicated threads for 1.6 and Source and then the rest could be CS:GO discussion. Thanks, | ||

The players I end up with are complete novices. COMPLETE N00BS! All for other 4 players didn't know how to play @_@. During one critical hard fought round we lost because my teammate couldn't find the bomb while I was busy handling the guy carrying the opposite team. So sad ;_;. I think from now on I'm just going to call all strats and tell people where to go to make my life easier. | ||

I play ESEA regularly, you'll eventually find like-minded personalities that you can buddy and play with, makes pugging a lot better. Eventually and hopefully, you'll just find a scrimming crew as pugging will always be derpy no matter how you look at it. Add me though! It's pretty imperative, imo, to find buddies to pug with, otherwise it's just awful. Early beta, CSGO pugs were great because everyone was trying and having fun. Nowadays, with the new waves of beta invites and wahtnot.. probably more of the same, but that's basically the same for any ladder environment in team games, no?  | ||

they've changed the run speed difference between rifle/knife/pistol/etc.etc., for it to be more dynamic, you'll feel run speed difference quite a bit more. m4a1 and ak47 no longer god-tier gun picks, w/ kevlar takes around 5 shots in the body to kill someone~ rather than the usual 3. awp got nerf'd pretty hard, you run at the speed of a snail now. scope blurs when moving. also weapon switch glitch no longer works, it's faster just waiting for next round to chamber. But, imo it's just as dominant if not more so due to ak47 and m4a1 nerf. weapon switch is much much slower, so recoil-resetting will get you killed now. pistols feel really out matched against other weapons. spread patterns on ak and m4a1 has changed drastically as well, much more wild. | ||
