1. Testing their updates on a beta server before releasing it on live. 2. Getting the opinions of pro players who know the game more than they do. 3. Admit when they made a mistake on game breaking update and hotfix what the community unanimously agrees is broken (R8 glitch fixed but nerf still not implemented, shows how much Valve believes they're never in the wrong). Its just quite astonishing how such a transparent company can command such a popular game and treat their players like shit but people still throw money at them by buying their stupid cases and keys | ||
