You used elemental proliferation, right? Will I be able to one-shot packs as if I were playing a crit burn build? I've never played a FT toon before, so it's hard for me to know how good the 4k tooltip you stated is. | ||

I've never played a FT toon before, so it's hard for me to know how good the 4k tooltip you stated is. the same 5 points that you spend on taking holy fire (75% burning) could be spent on celestial judgement route (50% elemental + -2% resist). dont forget the latter double dips for ignite prolif which means holy fire is only better for RF itself. the same links are used for incinerate so taking celestia judgement would make a general choice minimising respecs to spend when doing atziri. i was doing 75+ maps when i was barely 80. with ee+coh curse on GMP LB/FP everything thats not a boss gets oneshotted. nice thing about rf it helps to quickly take care of stragglers that the aoe of prolif misses out on. with a better weapon like strength-specced doon or doryanicatalyst the dmg would be even better. | ||

I died in a lvl 67 map where I met the exile that does Ground Slam which is a bit dangeous anyway because he can stun quite a bit. He then got possessed by some Tormented Spirit and had Puncture on hit... I got hit by a Ground Slam and lost like 30% hp per second despite having 230 hp/s life regen. My mistake to not log out quickly enough I guess. I did not have a anti bleeding flask because I thought my pretty high armour (5k or so permanently, like 42% reduce) and regen would safe me from simple bleeding effects and Corrupting Blood was no issue because I played Dual Flametotem. Not surprising that I didn't react properly, because it was the first moment ever that this char went below 50% hp I believe. Clear speed wasn't great, but safe. | ||

Gotcha, I'm actually having an incredibly easy time. I'm playing softcore because I suck but I've only died once. Only got to level 40 yesterday, but still... I normally would have died quite a few times by now. Especially with all the tormentlines bullshit going on. Your EE setup is GMP - ball lightning - freezing pulse - curse on hit - ele weak/flamm? Also, what kind of damage increases double dip on the burn? (Increase the initial hit, thereby increasing the base burn, then also increase the burn?) I'm really torn between the CoD build and the CoF/Mokou's build... I won't need to decide until like 65, when I would start speccing up into the witch area. Probably gonna go for CoD because why not be tanky as all hell. Maybe one of these day's I'll man up and actually play a hardcore league. | ||

Armor doesn't actually reduce bleed damage. The hit that causes the bleed does get reduced by armor I suppose, but that is going to be a big hit from the exile which armor sucks against. | ||

BL-GMP-CoH-flammability. you want the extra ignite chance from flammability so use that. you can use FP in place of BL especially a low quality one. elemental/fire dmg nodes/mods, increased dmg mods (from doon cuebiyari/le heup/dark seer etc), double dip burn. yeah it works like what you describe. Having one for dominus might be cool, but it is easier and cheaper to portal scum. You do have to pay attention and be ready to altF4 if you ever get a strong bleed though because you are going to die. | ||
