Lightning Strike of Arcing was high on my list of future builds until they clarified that it's damage for each time it has chained, rather than remaining chains. I might just do Cobra Lash like I was considering before the patch notes. Other things I might try this league: Some kind of self-cast EOW with the new transfig, Cold Snap of Power, Cleave of Rage, and then probably just POB a build with the 50% chain Arc and decide it's still not good enough. i'll just yolo it with what gems i'm gonna find after 2-3 normal lab runs early into the campaign, but leaning into phys/phys conversion spells. Edit: and yea, how i 'fixed' my loading times. i had huggeeeee, 7 to 10 sec, loading times on entering acts/using wps in general. i read some redit tips(vulkan/dx12/noaudio/etc) on that issue and tried them but it didn't help, so i started playing with vid settings; all of them, one by one. in the end, it turned out to be from the resolution setting ... which made no sense and makes no sense still. i went from default 1920, to 1280 to 800 then back up. the loading times were 3-4sec(normal for my pc) on 1280 and 800 but then remained 3-4sec when i went all the way back up to 1920. nonsensical weird stuff but maybe it helps someone. | ||

Bane of Condemnation looks interesting? Seems like it would be a good swap for bossing, since the main downside seems to be the main downside seems to be the small radius or am I misunderstanding something? BV of the Scythe sounds interesting, depending on how exactly it works. If the blades always start spinning from the same spot, then with about 50% duration, Id guess blades can potentially hit enemies thrice (at 0, 0.6 and 1.2 seconds into their duration). Requires being next to the enemy though and nobody moving etc, so probably unrealistic. Sadly dont really have the time atm to check out the other gems in detail, lunch break over.. :> | ||

I forgot what changes affected it the most, something to do with the double hit being changed? you'll be a little tankier than bows with the shield, so thats a plus. and wont have to compete with bow gear market patching is up | ||

There will be increasingly more of these once people who buy the supporter packs add more. There were reports of people being voided from just disconnecting or portaling out of the map. I don't know if these were substantiated or if this is even a bug. | ||

Up to yellow maps in SSF; struggling with performance issues (things freezing up for up to ten seconds isn't great especially in the Wildwood ... my PC really doesn't like the King in the Mists ritual encounter) and a bit ambivalent about the Flamewood support playstyle (adding to the list of things that don't attack it - Legions, Stygian Spires ...). Have Moon Temple as my only T4 in an attempt to grab a Sire of Shards from the div cards ... I remember it being super common, but none have dropped yet. Really enjoying the Celtic mythology vibe of the league after reading Robert Holdstock's Mythago Wood earlier in the year. | ||

League mechanic empowered enemies in T16s are still kind of ridiculous. I'm routinely just skipping any rares with fire and ignite resistance. I had a beast essence with fire resist + life regen and empowerment that was an unkillable hasted god. It reminds me a lot of Sentinel league when archnem went core and the rares were more dangerous than pinnacle bosses. Planning to just grind out the last 2 voidstones then look to respec ASAP. I've been hearing talk that rage cleave is very strong with all the rage stacking options. I'm not sure if people are using Varunastras or the heist rage bases, but either way should end up pretty fast with a lot of added aoe. I think at this point I don't really want to bother with trying to shoehorn a sanguimancy build, so I'll probably stick with Charms on the next one. Exsang, Lightning Strike, and Cobra Lash are my still my current other top choices. Not sure where I'm gonna land yet. | ||

Srs guardian though has been great for league starting. The specters made the atlas run and the first two stones a cakewalk. other than spending that one div for the coil and 10c gear I havn't had to put anything into my build. idk if I want to put serious div into the build or go to something else like I planned. I havn't seen anything new to go into yet thats cool. charms look really fun though and can make some sweet builds. was very disipointed to learn my partial colorblindness will prevent me from doing the league boss though. yolo I guess. | ||
