I recommend watching at least the first 9-11 minutes of this Ziggy interview. It alleviated some of my concerns for the league. Seems like there's a big crafting emphasis, but it's streamlined, easy to figure out, and very powerful. "For most people you just slap some plants down, kill some monsters, do some crafting, repeat." - Chris Wilson Also new meme from the vid =D

I guess none of this matters until the patch notes come out for next league. They will most definitely nerf purposeful harbinger. I started my Herald build quite late, and still managed to create an unstoppable immortal monster, clearing juiced up tier 19 max delirium maps deathless. It's so OP it really wasn't fun anymore. I hope that in harvest GGG will nerf any super OP builds that escaped their balancing team asap. poe.ninja leaderboards consist of 68% herald bullds, which ruins the market and the experience for me. Harvest itsself looks alright, most developers are probably working on poe 2.0

I know they don't like mid league balance changes, I believe this was actually the first time ever they did this? And mostly I agree with this philosophy. However, if something this game-changing slips through their balancing, it should be fixed and not made just slighty less game breaking.

I don't remember what the previous cases were, but I'm confident it has happened.

Ok so the change is different than what i understood in the interview with Chris. Brand recall still functions the same, but with a higher cooldown and no increase of uptime for the active brands. So you will have to cast brands way moer often. The actual change though is that when a branded enemy dies, the brands dont drop where it died but rather at the point that they originally attached to the enemy. So there will be no chaining forwards through groups, the brands basically only cover the area they were put in. That is really similar to a totem. That's still quite a heavy nerf, but i think archmage stormbrand trickster might still be very strong.

https://streamable.com/8oweev Only worry i have is that the lack of propagation means they wont fully clear a group and stragglers will survive on the edges, thats gonna be a real pain. But since notable stacking is staying, you can focus a bit more on brand attachement range over dps. Now awakener might get really annoying for trickster though..

There was a mirror arrow build that got dumpstered via hotfix a few hours after a guide was posted. I think the life of mirror arrow clones got nerfed by 80% or something (the build used minion instability)

Couple friends and I are thinking about trying it, it seems like the most interesting mod for just a small group trying to mix it up a bit. Especially in a league that looks to be crafting focused. Not interested in all the random dmg/hp increases. Don't get this. Does this Mean only unique count.
