I know how this will end.This is probably the 4th or 5th Sawk server.He opens up the donations,people buy a few things,2 months later the server "closes".Another few months later it reopens with no donation refund ( or atleast giving AIO to people who bought it previously) and the circle keeps going. He gets the money,server closes,reopens,he gets the money,server closes,reopens. Same thing happens with so many lineage2 servers. The only up side of the server is that you can meet a few cool people and maybe enjoy a few pvp runs now and again.After the server closes you might have a few friends from the experience,it's always a nice thing. I wont be bothering lvling anymore if really,just gonna merchant and start making a shitload of money....See where the server goes. | ||

This is a direct quote from the front page where he announced the opening of this new server. I'm not going to play on a server with someone who deceives people and doesn't know what he wants his server to actually be like. In my opinion, it's just a start of what will become a donation heavy server or very inconsistent server in regard to its core features. This was the MAIN thing that had me going to this server -- the fact that there would be NO donation for items. It's ONE week in, and you can donate for this kind of stuff. Too early, too much. Also, a complete and blatant lie. edit: I'm down to do one last pvp fling. I'm 85 with noblesse so we could start some crazy stuff I think if we had a decent group. Not sure when I'll log in again though. | ||

Why not enjoy some pvp. Besides, spent 75 on an AIO we might as well get some use out of it. Will probably attempt to refund if he really does take the server down in a month. Server is back up, by the way. Gotta update again. Thanks Blizzind for telling us in IRC. | ||

Hello, Actually I didn't touched the archers at all. I've let the retail Hellbound stats that are gaven from the begining. The only class nerfed is the mage (with their low magic critical, just compare it to retail). So far, the server is still in an early state, let's see what happens when the dynasty is here and especialy the dynasty jewels, I am pretty sure it will change the done (like always). I remember thoses kind of topic from the old Renewal, and when the archer started to stuff up (with attributes dynasty and even icarus), everybody was crying about the archer beeing op criting for 4k on mages. The most funny thing is that the complain comes from player who do not even have a SA on their draconic bow and so far aren't 81+. People started today to farm attribute stone (even if it's divine). I am sure it will mainly boost the fighters damages (and nerf a bit the poor necros damages). I also checked the pvp vids, so far archers aren't doing bad if many clan uses mixed party (which is so far the best to win a pvp), and if you check it also take a look, you will see that archers aren't that bad even now in pvp with a group. Of course if you actualy hope to kill a dagger in 1v1 with an archer or a mage, I think you've chosen the wrong class (except if you are lucky with stun and crits)." | ||

The answer is NO (for sure) and that is what we are proud of, no matter the condition, we are able to provide you a server online and running. Now if you complain about us caring about the server, trying to make updates, trying to find a way to provide a income in time to keep a top level gaming quality, with decent host, decent ping and decent protection what can I say ? We could go in those cheap hosting company for the server and host it in Hetzner for instance, that is where those randoms L2J server goes so they only pay 50€ per month. But we are not that kind of server, we use the money for the server, for the proxies and for you guys. I am actually more than shocked by the behavior and opinions of some people, I do understand that we do not think in the same way and do not have the same opinion but still ... seriously. This is total bull and so many people already know it. A level 28 mob landing a sleep on a lvl 82 S grade bishop will never happen in retail. Files are off There is something wrong with the landrate of debuffs and thats something that people in the forum have actually tested. | ||
