You can find posts complaining about it for every recent FPS release like tribes, battlefield, planetside, etc. For some reason the games try to access all of your RAM even though some of it is in use by the OS and other system resources and causes an out of memory error because it can't access that RAM. On my system for instance, tribes doesn't crash until I try to leave a server so it's actually playable if you stick to one gamemode/server the entire time I play. It's annoying, but playable. When it crashes because you die though ^_^ Well how much RAM do you have? I mean I can't remember the last time I saw a computer with less then 4 GB's of ram and since you use 32 bit no wonder you are struggling. Dunno it's pretty common knowledge that if you are going to want to play up to date games and play them on good settings you should have 4 gigs of ram minimum and a 64 bit operating system. Literally almost all FPS games today are designed for it now of days it seems like, which is good imo.

A friend of mine convinced me to download this instead of buying something new to play from the steam sale. FPS games are the only games I've encountered that have these memory issues and I leave chrome open with a million tabs using a gig of memory whenever my computer is on (and no closing chrome doesn't help planetside, I've already tried that). What really caught my attention for this game was the squad/platoon level tactics rather than the whole first person shooting thing everybody else probably wants to play for. and I have 4 gigs of RAM, which turns into like 3.5 ^_^

Some games now use LAA which means they can address more than 2GB but this only works on 64-bit windows. You could use the /3GB flag to potentially get around this problem by running "bcdedit /set IncreaseUserVa 3072" at command prompt then reboot. I would recommend closing unnecessary background apps while playing if you do this but the real solution is moving to a 64-bit OS.

I have 125 SC points less, which is not a big deal, but I'd like to have the weapon. Corresponding class should be Heavy Assault, as the weapon is visible if I tick the HA option in the unlock menu.

1) For classes with overlapping weapons/skills (i.e. C4, frag grenades), do you have to unlock it for each class separately or just once? 2) I can't seem to find an option to change audio output device and when I try using my USB headset the game doesn't seem to detect it. Is there a way to change audio output or am I out of luck?

And as for the audio I'd check the ini file in the game directory, can't remember if its in there though.
