uhm no, actually you need to learn how to fly while not in 3p camera ever if you want to play on HC servers too. My main problem is that gunning down a jet in front of you is very hard with keyboard because its very unprecise, so i switch o mouse for that. But once he starts moving too much trying to evade its hard to keep up with mouse so i have to switch back to arrow keys. Also i still dont know how much ahead i should shoot so the bullets actually hit >_<
if you know how to gauge your speed without not looking at your speed in 3P then it follows you can do that in cockpit mode while you can look at your speed..... also no offense but I wouldn't take criticism from someone on what I consider turning fundamentals when they can't turn sharp enough to stay on someones tail to shoot them up
anyone know if the A-91 or the scar-h is better? also i'm about to unlock the javelin, is it better than shaw? I heard u can lock onto ground vehicles but alot of my kills with the shaw is for infantry too and I don't want to give that up just so i can lock on

I don't think it matters as quick as it puts people down. I've killed many people before they killed me when they had the drop on me because of that gun

Mmm I really think its mostly preference. Sure the scar does more damage per shot but the g36 fires faster (right?). Idk people act like the scar is clearly the best weapon in the game but I disagree.

Yeah, I agree that it's all about what you prefer really. But the Scar is quite good. I can't wait to unlock the G36 though. That's always been my favorite gun in every video game it's been in.

Yea used the g36 in MW1 loved ^_^. And I agree the Scar is good but to me the g36 will probably always be better simply because I love the feel of the gun.

Sadly....yes. Right now engi is the best class in the game, and that shouldn't be, lol. My loadout on most maps in engi, SCAR-H with RDS(or IR.....but hat's basically cheating) and grip, rpg, AT mines, exp perk. You get farking 8(or is it 9??) rpg rounds, and that is just way too much explosives, especially when combined with the best close-medium range gun in the game. You're just so sustainably effective with all those xplosives + AT mines.

Agree with that, the flashlight crap was a horrible idea in the first place and should have been left out. IR was a gamble I think but at this point its easy to see how cheap it is, especially in like the forest area on Caspian, you can see everything in there as if there wasn't shrubbery or massive amounts of shadows. I haven't had as hard of a time as some with RPG's but I typically stay away from rush, were I assume it would be best utilized vs infantry. Can servers remove particular weapons and add-ons atm? Would be great to remove AA tanks while there at it, those things require 0 skill/brains/aim and just screw up air play imo, or if not remove them take off some range.

I do wish people would stop complaining about the F2k. It's not the best gun, and not even the best assault rifle. The AEK is statistically superior in every way, and the SCAR is still the SCAR.
I agree absolutely about the IR scope, I want that crap gone right now, but the rest aren't what I would say are the game's biggest issues. Gun balance will always be fluid for a while. Explosives need to be toned down a long way vs. infantry, but I hardly want them out of the game. The tac flash I'm neutral on; I dislike it, but provided it's nerfed like DICE has indicated, I don't mind if it sticks around.
EDIT for the last guy's post, because I somehow missed that:
The mobile AA also kind of annoys me. I think it's fine versus air; that's its job, but it's more the complete versatility of the thing that bothers me. It melts infantry and light armour, dominates air, and can even kill MBTs if they're looking the other way or worried about another tank. I appreciate that it has about as much durability as a growler, but it's still kind of too good at too many things.
There's absolutely no reason I wouldn't get in one if it was offered me. They're also the vehicle everyone runs to at the start because they're infinitely easier to use than a tank, and don't require you to worry about cooperation one bit. To me that suggests a slight issue. I think they should be a driver-gunner dual, and maybe have their damage vs. heavy armour reduced.
I don't use that thing almost out of spite for how "1a" it feels, but yes as the "last guy" posting says the AA tank does too many things too well, maybe make it a two seater so the operator needs a buddy to fire the AA rockets or the one guy inside has to switch seats. Similar to what the tank has but of course you get the upgrade to have the standard machine gun plus main cannon on that vehicle.
I'm not sure how I feel about the F2K but only because I never use it while seeing very few that do use it, if its any better than the SCAR (range plus damage that is) then it should be toned down a tad but like I said I haven't really seen it. Other than the SCAR I haven't really been killed repeatedly by a specific weapon over and over other than maybe the SV98 but I mean that guns nothing special (just the only one that comes to mind).
I do know one thing, they way over killed the nerfing of the knife, no frontal kills (unless prone from what I've seen) is a really dumb idea, I mean comon if you see someone with a knife in FRONT that should be the one time you do get the guy in the face with a rifle/pistol. I even would go as far as saying the old knife from BF 2142 and all games before is even easier to use, or maybe I'm just being QQ because I have always enjoyed knifing in this game. Knifing in COD is an instant kill from all directions, so unless your character runs a shotgun you die(or use the knife yourself) if an enemy gets close. MW2 had the infamous "Commando" perk, which increased knifing distance to 5 metres or something ridiculous like that, and gave a teleport on target.
Frontal knifing in BF3 doesn't work and I'm happy about that. What I've seen skilled players do, is trying to sidestep, so they end up to the side of you, then use the knife.

I can attest to that... I maxed out the Engineer Class extremely fast with that same loadout. On large conquest maps I would book it with a jeep to the other side of the map, mine the roads, and proceed to pick everyone off with either the a-91 and IR, or RPG rounds.
On the smaller maps, engineer + assault + support is nearly impossible to stop. My squad once chewed through almost 50 men in the alleyway because we would rocket + m320 + pecheneg spam without worrying about dying or running out of ammo.
Just unlocked the M39 EMR, beast of a gun. I took the x8 scope off it and used it like an M1 Garand, iron sights are identical, pretty much 2-3 shot anything with amazing accuracy.
