It's called keeping track of your surroundings, a skill that's useful in Battlefield games as well as in COD-style games. I never understood why some people consider BF as a "thinking man's shooter." There's enemies? Just go kill them. The maps are bigger, but that doesn't make it a complex shooter in which you have to think a lot. In BC2 my COD skills helped me overcome many of those so-called thinking shooters, meaning that I was just better and quicker at aiming. Being able to "analyze" a situation correctly means nothing if your aim and reaction speed are bad. | ||

I'm still having a cursor problem (cursor is offset two inches down and right to where it responds on the screen), hoping it'll go away with a restart I also get lag when I look around with the mouse, but moving straight forward its smooth (I checked my fps graph and it seems to be 50-70) also flashlights need nerf and when I prone or sit on a staircase/sloped ground I slide and glitch around I also fall through the floor sometimes, but seems other ppl having same problem because theres a whole underground warfare down there (i guess dice already knows about these problems because they put a SUICIDE option in) apart from this the game is very good | ||

I was excited to play on the less laggy US servers but it's not worth it if everyone is just so fucking bad. All the UK servers have decent players in them but the lag is ehhhh. t.t | ||

I played cs 1.6 for 5 years, i am used to "lack" of maps (at least at a competitive level). it's the mode that gets the priority, then the map. and as said, rush it's not appealing to me. | ||
