 . Back to BF3- This game is great other then the obvious bugs they need to fix, but that is what beta's are for. Does anyone remember steam when it was first released? It was equally as bad as origin. Go to the BF3 forums and post your bugs. I absolutely love the light reflection off the sniper scope. I love the new radio thing, and I love how you can't revive people through walls like in BC2 . | ||

I coulnd't handle crysis 2 at all without hardcore, and in bad company 2, I preferred hard core gamestyles (mostly because it made weapons like the m14 that much juicier) D) I'm trying to get the Nvidia BETA drivers to work (285.37 or some shit) because there are texture stretching and a variety of other issues with my current GPU driver combo that make the game almost unplayable (not really, but it is a damned inconvenience...) And as a number of other posters have said, I definitely feel the annoying campy-ness of the current gamestyle... hiding around corners with the shotgun or with some smg is extremely powerful... so far my only kill streak in this game was by proning and shooting people as they jumped out of a trolly car to avoid the covering fire of my allies on the other side of the room... It definitely made me feel like an ASSHOLE, but I would wager most other people lack respect to empathize like that... Whatever, I hope it gets better... because this is not worth $60... maybe a $30-40 sale if the coop-campaign was sexy as hell... | ||

I haven't been able to try much vehicle action so far, loved driving helicopter in bf2 in that ehm. don't remember the map but there were huge pipes and shit you could fly through something that looked like a bridge or something, which felt amazing with the heli. I know it's a beta and all that, but i'm far from impressed by the tought process behind their decisions so far. | ||

I'm sure that will be a big hit too with this crowd. wait for hardcore to come out, man. hardcore rush mode is the only thing i ever played in BC2, in rush mode it gets people actually moving because if you don't, then you're going to lose. rush mode is the best thing ever, i love how it opens up a larger part of the map every time the offensive team takes out both bomb sites, and it actually creates an environment in which you're playing. this is open beta, full of 12 year olds that don't know what their doing and just want to try the game out. took me a few games to get the hang of the new stuff also (i realized that semi-automatic was 10x better than full auto for example, if you don't believe me, try it yourself). the one thing i don't like, is that when you jump over an object your character goes through a motion with his legs and makes you unable to shoot mid-air when jumping over a wall. i can't tell you how many times in bc2 i would jump over walls as i'm shooting and kill 2-3 people that were hiding out. also i hope they add the ability to rebind the chat keys elsewhere, traditionally T and Y. it seems goofy that i'm restricted from using the same control scheme i have been using for every pc fps. | ||
