Go to a temple in a city, and pray at an altar. Or go to the preacher in whiterun (you can't have missed him), there is an altar to talos behind him, you can cure your diseases there too.

Nope that's gone as is feather. Just did the search myself not too long ago.

Yeah I used to use altars in Morrowind, but I haven't found any in Skyrim. Anyone else have any recommendations? It could be a bug. My archery is normally ~30 and it was lowered to 15. I had no negative active effects and it was quite a huge decrease. Strangely, after I leveled up with archery it was normal again. So try that

For those with Disease or Debuff problems, go to the temple in Whiterun in that water garden area. Just use the altar and you're good.

What happens when you dual-cast a summon? What about when you conjure a weapon?

Is the game just as pretty as it is in the trailer?

You still get all your self armor buffs from that tree so i wouldn't ignore it too much but yeah it can prob be the 3rd one you fill out. Doesn't have to be a main one.

Quick question here. I was watching Tyler's stream when his wife was playing and I noticed when she used the map while in a dungeon or a city it was a smaller version of the map, like for just that area. That never works for me, what am I doing wrong? I just get the huge world map everytime.

Press L to toggle local map on and off when on the map screen.

Press 'L' when viewing the map.

Anyone knocked out any daedric quests, and where to get them? I did azuras heart so far, level 10.

Wow, this actually did live up to all of the hype...
Love the new systems, and how they kept the old ones
10/10 for skyrim!

It was weird because I never got hit by any destruction spells or contracted any diseases. I tried the altars like everyone recommended, but they didn't fix it.

Now that was weird.. Was on my way to Falkreath, disposed of three of those judicicators, took their elven armor and a bit further down the road I was attacked by Talsgar the Wanderer..
I wonder whether it has something to do with the armor I'm wearing.

Thank you, life saver! You have no idea how hard it was to track down certain quest NPC's in big cities with the gigantic map

I seem to have lost Lydia my companion given to me @ Whiterun.. I don't think she permanently died, because when I asked Uthgar chick to follow me, she said "looks like you got someone else already."
I might have told her to stay someplace but no idea where, is there any way I can find her again? so far my plan is just to try to go looking everywhere I've been in the last 5 hours but that'll be tough
