Not only are the graphics and physics superior on a PC, but you can't download mods for consoles. Mods give this game hours and hours of additional gameplay.

Much easier to navigate with just my left hand than with a mouse. Just because they aren't made for usage with a mouse doesn't mean they are bad.

Some people don't like not using the mouse, yeah, but other people have been saying it's buggy as shit. I expect that all to be fixed soon anyway so no big deal. My copy is on a UPS truck, hoping to get it in the next few hours but they've also come as late as 8 pm, which blows.

Edit: does anyone that's tried the fixes yet know if the proper files to edit are the ones in the Steam directory for sure? Because there is a "My Games > Skyrim" directory in Documents that contains identical .ini files and I'm not sure which are correct to edit

With the way it looks, I very naturally began using WASD to scroll (notably, the character creation screen, as that's really the first taste) and it felt completely clean. I don't mind not using a mouse for menus. Course, that may also be because I can't figure out how to fix my "Bethesda laggy cursor" problem yet lol (have tried all fixes from Reddit/Medrea) Edit: does anyone that's tried the fixes yet know if the proper files to edit are the ones in the Steam directory for sure? I mean I'll live with it, every other Bethesda game has had it and I get used to it, but it seemed like the folks on Reddit and other places had taken care of it and I was looking forward to that... alas...

While true, i've definitely accidentally backed out of the perk field i'm trying to go into and slid into the adjacent one a dozen times already at least. I can't seem to click in the right spot to just move one branch over, and instead just completely change trees -.-

Anyways, the previews I saw didn't show much of the RP aspects but apparently those are huge as well, which for better or worse wins me over. Compression far better than any others, NV was like 6 and Fo3 was something similar.

piracy is the way to go after all. it is like they "oldschool" retailers are out of touch with reality. and steam is a lesser evil after all. i prefer hard copies of all games i buy but this shit just won me over to the piracy side i am afraid to admit. i always bought my games and everything but when customer service is just bad you can;t really blame yourself. looking forward to this game even through all these difficulties.

The UI is actually decent but the tutorials are non existent, or come into play way too late. Not every game can have Final Fantasy Tactics grade tutorials.
