Wait, what?
For example, the sliders in character customization. I restarted the game because I thought it was bugged because I couldnt use the mouse - had to use WASD. You did not have this?
And pretty much every other menu, some work with mouse but are REALLY awkard overall - for example the skill trees? Trying to navigate them - with either mouse or keyboard - is just a MAJOR headache

How can I make this mouselag go away
How do I disable the smooth mouse settings?
Go to your Steam Directory -> steamapps -> common -> skyrim -> Skyrim Create a backup of the SkyrimPrefs.ini file Open the file, then scroll down to where it says [Controls] and find bMouseAcceleration=1 Change to bMouseAcceleration=0 Save, exit, and play
How do I fix the vsync ("laggy mouse") problem?
Go to your Steam Directory -> steamapps -> common -> skyrim -> Skyrim Create a backup of the SkyrimPrefs.ini file Open the file, then scroll down to where it says [Display] Add to the bottom of the section iPresentInterval=0 Save, exit, and play Didn't work.

I ve got 2 test champs ive played mostly in friends xbox in leaked version to see whom ill start lvling in pc version.
I feel both dual wield assassin , dark elf , daggers and orc two hand warrior are great .
I dont see how this even compare to oblivion combat.
I mean you can do so much stuff with keybinds.
For instance my dual wild assassin can stealth to a bunch of enemies - backstab with poison daggers ( expert diff i think ) kill him vanish backstab the second then invisibility and instah kill the third as well or just use a keybind stun and hack him down.
Or you just can stealth use a frenzy spell and then finish them off or any wired combination like kill one make him zombie vanish , use a fireball back stab whats left and so on.
Same with the 2hander. Learn how to use side power attacks and do massive ae dmg. Throw a circle of heal , open with bow ( since its fighting spec and lvls up pretty fast) throw them a blizzard finish off with ae attacks.
So fun you can do countless combinations and find new creative combos to finish off enemies instead of just auto attack
Use third person as well with 2h is much better for instance.

No, you can use the mouse in the character customisation. That's all I used. And I actually found the skill trees and item menu really easy to utilize. Sure, with Oblivion you had the quick access on the number keys, but it's not that tricky to switch between items you want to use.

Yeah, character customization didn't work with mouse too well (still I'm pretty sure I could use it) and skilltrees are a little bit weird, though I'm still able to get what I want while using the mouse. But that hardly is enough to say that you can't use the mouse on the menu.
Edit: You can still use 1-9 @above me.

Downloading it from the piratebay, even though I have already bought the game.. Fucking traffic overran steam :p Anybody know if this should work legally? I mean, I have the right code, it's just not a legal site
Edit: Nevermind, 6th time is a charm, I got the steam download working!

Complexion and the like really isnt the problem.
The problem is that while we have had flowing hair since the Dreamcast was what the cool kids played, Skyrim's hair looks like matted rats nests because everything is purely volumetric.

Am I missing something or is it weird that I can steal from a guy while crouching right in front of him and he just doesn't care?

I imagine that doing what the dreamcast et al did with flowing hair would be INCREDIBLY difficult in a game like this. There are simply too many things going on for it to be feasible. And you're the first person I've ever known to judge whether a game's people are attractive or not based on their hair. Were you raging all the way through morrowind and oblivion just because of the hair too? Is this your first TES experience? Might explain it. I guess you just have to accept that that's how it is...and the various massive improvements that you can imagine being made in graphics are going to take a while to appear if we are always going to be saddled with the fact that xbox360 and ps3 are way out-selling PCs.
By the way if you just take one of the nice hairstyles which is like french plaits I think it looks fine...

Sounds awesome, what level does my darkelf thief should be in order to do such things?
And anyone, does heavy armor give stealth penalty?

Yes, I believe heavy armor does give stealth penalty.

My pc meets the recommended speccs but wether I play on low, medium or high I get these 2 sec freezes each 5 minutes orso, anyone knows what this might be?
