-- removal of attributes and leveling in general: sucks so hard, gone is the customization I loved, no signs... dumbed down -- the menu-system is T-E-R-R-I-B-L-E. This is so obviously a console port, developed for consoles first and PC second. PC gaming for Elder Scrolls atleast is pretty much dead. Took me awhile to figure out you actually cant use your mouse on the menu LOL, you have to use WASD....... -- textures are ugly as hell -- buggy as hell; dual-wielding spells is so buggy, for example the "Right" hand gets stuck on selecting spells, you have to first equip a weapon, de-equip and then select ur spell. Or use hotkeys. I don't understand how bethseda can screw a PC version over so hard.

So linear and you could easily screw yourself without even realizing it if you weren't following build guides and such.

Presets are terrible and the best I have managed to do is "not too ugly" for my female mage... Hope it can be moded for future playthrough. Anyway, that's done, time to finally enjoy the game! Bethesda cant draw women. It is really distracting.

![]() All the unpolished elements & bugs aside, it's good fun. I'm a little extra-peeved that they didn't properly QA test the PC port, but I guess there's no use complaining about it now. Oh, and the characters are still butt fugly. T_T I guess I need to wait for my beauty mods.

So so much better than Oblivion. I can't believe you think the presets are terrible. Ridiculous, the human and breton women are buff tings. Also, if you can't manage to make a good looking character with the masses of controls you get given, I suggest some practice. Now, making a person in Oblivion look normal....that was a challenge. This is a piece of cake. Never been so happy to not play starcraft, i just love griding, and doing quests, being on my own. This is the best game of year without a doubt, and how they managed to compress it to 5 gb, is beyond me. I mean, theres so much to do, all the time, my quest log has over 20 quests, and i keep getting more and more, not to mention all the different types of crafting, like cooking, alchemy, smithing, enchanting, etc. Im in love. thank you bethesda for not breaking my heart. Pretty much this. Any fan of Oblivion will love Skyrim. As far as Morrowind...probably half and half. The game feels so familiar but so exciting at the same time. I actually remembered I was hungry while I was cooking some venison meat on a spit and thought 'lucky Gilles...having some food...'! Anyway, if anyone has any complaints about this game...my question is...where are you going to get an experience even remotely comparable to this game? Quit complaining about superficialities and get stuck in! The depth of this game is pretty insane.

I know where i have to search for it + Show Spoiler + In Riften, in "the ratsway", kind of sewer. But ... as i got in, i immediately had to fought. So i fought my way throug it until a door with a man behind it. He didn't say anything and i wasn't able to open the door Also i found a bug where u can abuse a "persuade answer" to level your speechskill until 100. Which also levels your charakter... by just hitting e over and over again. And to make it clear, i am able to master a classic thief and after that i can start master magery as the same charakter?

All the other women in the game look better than something I can make. I'm like the ugliest girl in all the north over here. I have to put my evil sorceress lady from Joe Abercrombie's books character on hold.
