Also, it might be a lot easier to just add base dex on your bandit. As long as you account for pendant, zhelm, the base dex on your top, base on Bottom + bottomwear dex, base on shoes + shoe jump scrolls, belt, glasses, rings and medal, EVERYTHING else can be scrolled for luk instead of dex. This is endgame accounting, too. So I figure (with my 60 base)... 22 dex (HTP) 18 dex (dex scar) 8 dex (green pirate top + maker) 16 dex (green pirate bottoms + maker + scrolls) 10 dex (my shoes, which I found. 5 of that is potential) 6 dex (blue belt. Probably gonna go for red since my potential is junk, 6 str) 7 dex (my glasses. 6 from Pot) 12 dex (lv 17 evo ring, 2 zombie rings, adventurer/lillin/resistance ring) 2 dex (mush kingdom medal) With my 60 base, this is 161 dex - If I end up with a black belt some day, I'll even scroll it for luk instead of dex and I'm at perfectly enough for a reverse. This leaves me to scroll an earring, cape, and my helm (helm will be the last thing you scroll, as it requires those new "armour for -stat-" 60%'s for Luk, all of my potential except for shoes and glasses are open to be % luk, If I were 25 base, I would need 10 dex earrings and a 15 dex cape (I'm getting these stats "back" in luk anyway) and I would need to make up 10 dex somewhere (black belt + czak + better shoes?). saying you're 25 base sounds pretty cool, but by accounting for the base stats given by equips and the very few things you cannot scroll for luk rather than dex (bottoms and shoes. Helm is easier to scroll for dex than luk.) you can get just as many stats out of your character by being a higher base. I'm not even accounting for maple warrior here, wherethe higher your base the more stats you recieve. Plus, luk scrolls are cheaper. | ||

Although, you could say that the gains from mw/% are minimal, and base dex is weighed more heavily than dex from equips in terms of stabilizing your damage, at least that's how it is for nls. | ||

I think the MOST important stuff is atk and %age items, imho losing 2 levels worth of stats (10 dex) is not too big of a deal, especailly if oyu can get 2% luk instead (which is way better) | ||

The gains ARE minimal. But the second part of that statement is, at least to my knowledge wrong. Dex is dex, whether it comes from base, scrolls, potential or MW. Also, dex doesn't "stabilize" as min damage is a factor of mastery% * max damage. Unless you temporarily need a 10 dex earring to equip your newest weapon. W.atk > % luk > flat luk/base luk > flat dex/base dex > % dex in terms of increasing NL damage, I think. | ||

When you are talking about "most bang for buck" i agree wholeheartedly.... but if you are talking about the most bang you can get, scrolling for dex > scrolling for luk every single time. The least base dex while still maintaining highest % luk you can get, wins every time. And HTP>MoN in end game scenario. | ||

Eventually, the game will bore you to death and when you quit, you have learned absolutely nothing. Not a dam thing. At least when you play starcraft, you have to be quick and very smart and multi-task all at the same time. Maplestory is just like click........click.........click........a......b......click. Starcraft is like CLICK/CLICK/CLICK/CLICK/CLICK/CLICK/CLICK/HOTKEYS/CLICKCLICK/HOTKEYS. You pretty much cannot let your guard down for a second, even if your in the lead. But ya, don't try maple cause you'll get addicted and then soon realize how retarded it is | ||

Wild Hunters are ridiculously fun. I made mine in Scania though; I might remake in Demethos but I don't feel like doing all those quests again.. AND OH MY GOD THEY LET YOU START WITH FACE/HAIR THAT YOU'D NORMALLY HAVE TO GET NX FOR AND THE STARTER OVERALL/WEAPONS ARE AWESOME. | ||

You can get 10-15 dex pot from just about any item you listed there cheaply, which is worth it if you're too poor to afford %luk or can't find %luk on those items. And MW alone will add 5(6?) dex on top of your 60 base, which allows you to base 55 and still do fine. If you based 25, you can get 10 dex pac, 10 dex earrings, upgrade your shoes (5-6 base, scroll to 8-9, 5 from pot = 14 dex), and 5 from MW. That gets you past 160 with a 25 base pretty easily... | ||
