I think you should actually start with M13 or AVR queues if you want an easier learning curve, DGR is possibly the most difficult block to draft in Magic history.

Well I feel a little better knowing this! At this point I know almost all of the ravnica block cards (even if I don't fully understand how to utilize them) and they are also going to be useful in constructed standard for another year so I will just stick with it until the next set.

Do people play more draft because it's better to pick money cards & you need less boosters to play; or it is because it's considered more fair? If I want to be good at magic what should I play? 2nd question: actually it's quite easy to get at least 6 points in phantom sealed, so I happen to have some DGM boosters. But they only sell for 2. What do you recommand? Keep them? Open them for voice? What's the probability to open voice anyway?

Honestly I enjoy myself more in sealed simply because there are more cards so you can build higher quality decks. Maybe there is more variance compared to draft too. People prefer to draft because they are gamblers, and opening packs is more rewarding to that aspect of their psychology. Drafting is also slightly less cumbersome since it only requires 3 packs. You can always organize an easy money or team draft at a Magic tournament, but good luck getting opponents for a money sealed. On MtGO it doesn't really matter, play what you enjoy. Opening packs just doesn't make any sense, since you can draft with them for only an additional .6666 tickets per pack (or free IRL) and get more value that way.

The cards inside are always worth less than the pack price on average, but all out of print block packs gain a little bit of value when MtGO runs nostalgia drafts.

The sealed gives you twice as many cards, but doesn't the ability to choose your cards in draft actually mean you will have a stronger deck? Not that it really matters... just curious.
