 If you have time, this is what the the team has brought so far. As they stated, this is an alpha run, but it still looks great and already looks better than most already "finished" mmos.(we had this posted on the TL guild forums, but forgot to post it here, I apoligize for that) GAMESCOM COVERAGE. I managed to detox myself of WoW about a year and a half ago, so I don't really know how to feel about guild wars. But no monthly fee is certainly a big deal, for me at least. | ||

But they haven't announced yet whether there would be mounts or a "better" system. Theyve said numerous times theyre trying to break from the standard mmo routine, and im sure the whole idea that "high level = mount" concept is included in that. | ||

I hope they're only using combat mounts, I was so bummed out back in 2006 when I spoke to izzy ingame and he told me that they were probably going to make traveling like in wow... Thank God they put maptravel without penalties back, best travelling system of any MMO so far. | ||

Having followed SWTOR for over a year, and just recently getting into GW2, it blows my mind how much more polished, complex and fun GW2 looks. The pvp system sounds like it will be amazing as long as they don't have some major fuck up. The pve system has so much content there is no way you'll run out of stuff to do while leveling. Can't wait. | ||
