How was the combat? fluid? Was it wow-like in any way? In what ways is it better?

YES. you can play cross realm, as you could in gw1.

I'd love to be in the guild, played for the longest time, only stopped once the only titles i could obtain required obscene amounts of farming.

Ok after having such a successful night playing sc2 and getting to know everyone, if theres anyone outside the guild wishing to get to know everyone, and/or is interested in meeting the teamLegacy community members in the guild so far, we will be holding a "vent night" this next upcoming friday at 6-11pm eastern.

As an avid GW1 fan I will definitely play this game. I just hope I can find highlevel guildmates this time.

My GW1 experience was plagued by incompetent nubs.

They said in an interview at PAX that "it will be sooner than you think". And when asked about the release date. "when it's done".

Sound familiar? lol.

Theyre aiming for early 2011, and confirmed there would be a beta a month before launch, so i'd imagine two->three months from now.

Ugh, that's really bad, only 4 weeks of beta for an mmo is nowhere near long enough, when there is so much content.
