Wow those last three downs against the jaguars made the giants D look amazing. I'm sad the bills lost, they really deserved a win. On a completely unrelated note

Poor playing by the Eagles today. That Vick interception inside the 2 minute warning, key turning point in the game. =[ Nice first interception of the season.

Jeff Fischer deserves to be fired for the way he is handling a team that is still in the playoff hunt. How do you run CJ six times, and throw over twenty with a QB playing his second game in the NFL? And how do you not put Kerry Collins out there? This is unreal.

There really is no excuse for CJ to have only 7 attempts throughout the entire game unless he was injured (didn't watch the game), but looking at the time of possession tells the story quite accurately: Texans held the ball for twice as many minutes as the Titans did. Unfortunately when you don't have a QB to make plays on third down, you start to get behind and are forced to throw it even more. I'm just surprised the Titans abandoned the running game so early.

That said, I'm down 76-50 in the non-TL league (got my ass handed to me by BroOd, too in the TL league), with Wayne to go (he has Vinatieri), but the second place in my division lost already, locking up a third straight playoff berth for me. This works out very well, too, because I didn't want the number one seed anyway. I almost always have horrible games against my division. Hopefully this team can turn it around for the playoffs.

Maybe if Wayne gets a couple of 75+ yd TD's I can still win this though. That'd be, I think like 16 points per TD (bonus points for length). Whatever, I'm in the playoffs, and I should at least make my money back this year. If my players, other than Vick, can pull their heads out of their asses again, I'll be golden.

That game was horribly mismanaged by Reid at the end. No one has ever accused him of being a smart game manager though.

I feel so bad for Steve Johnson. He looked like he was about to cry after dropping that TD in the overtime. And it sounded like he was choking up during the press conference

Also, I was flipping back and forth between the Jags-Giants and Packers-Falcons, and it seems to me like the Giants have some shit fans. In the second and third quarters the fans were booing on EVERY offensive play the Giants had. It's like they expected a touchdown on every play.

Also, Andre Johnson could have a career in MMA after he's done with the NFL.

When I saw Finnegan smiling at Johnson after they got separated, I knew that Finnegan probably had it coming. I was pretty happy to see Finnegan get beat up like that.

Edit: Does anyone think that that penalty against James Harrison was kinda extreme/BS? I mean, I think he's a douche as much as anyone else and he has a bad history, but it seems like the ref. had his hand on the flag the whole time, just waiting for Harrison to go near the QB. Maybe you can say he led with his helmet, but I thought it was a clean hit on Fitzpatrick.
