No, he got fined because he actually put his helmet down, then put it in Brees' back. It's a really dirty hit. He was looking to injure him. I wish they'd just suspend this fucking cocksucker.

Instead, he's looking to injure someone, because he's a douchebag.

He saw the throw had been made, and could just as easily have kept his head up, bumped him in the back with his chest, and still put him on the ground. Brees would then know that Harrison is right there, and Harrison avoids a penalty and a fine. Instead, he's looking to injure someone, because he's a douchebag. He really could have avoided the hit altogether most likely, or just tapped him. He does a little stutter step when Brees is throwing and then lunges at Brees right after Brees gets rid of it. The league really needs to make an example of him and start giving him suspensions. Fines clearly aren't getting their message across.

He could have done a lot of things... I absolutely agree with you. That's not playing hard; that's not the way the game is supposed to be played.

Ernie Sims got tagged for 50k too, but I have not seen the vid I still think the original two that Harrison got hit for earlier in the season were iffy. But he absolutely has a history of being a dirty player

And that's great and all, but Brees was in the pocket and Harrison took way too many steps to get there after the ball was released (it looks to me like it was at least 3). I'm all for letting the QB know you are there, but it was probably an illegal hit without him lowering his helmet because he was clearly trying to level Brees, not stop himself. Lowering the helmet just made it illegal and clearly dirty. On November 06 2010 03:06 Ferrose wrote: I can't find it on Youtube or NFL.com. CBS has it right here
