You can catch it but it isn't until way later in the game through a swarm.

You are using desume now right? Desume's speed depends on your computer's processing. It's nice to just set it at 9 frame skip. No$ doesn't do this anymore, I think it did in gba.

Name your first female looking pokemon (eg Roselia) Bang, pronounced "Hung", or your evee in that miltank city (long/golden rod?) Neeve, that name is catching on me. Bang was the name of one of the korean girls promoting starcraft 2 at a cool event like the way models usually promote cars. I once named her my character.
