anyone with a closing move/cc would shit on him and get first blood anytime he got in range to Q. so to answer your question, you could probably FB him at lvl 2 with xin pretty easily considering your looking at 900hp lvl 2 xin vs around 500hp vlad lvl 2 lol | ||

But she is a strong addition to the game, a pretty great support hero... also she has a pretty strong lane presence.. Still don't really understand her ult yet.. missing with it a lot even though the animation goes right over my target -__- | ||
