- Netherblade mana cost changed to 25, from 30/40/50/60/70.
I was actually going to post about that on the lol forums. Once I finally pick it up I spam it whenever I don't have pulse ready, for obvious reasons, and it usually meant a net loss of mana to add levels to it.

imo for singed just go shield/pot (or boots if you're feeling saucy) double catalyst 1RoA then if you're feeling silly get another RoA if you're feeling lame get a banshee's.
at this point if you're within 10 kills of the other team you've just gotten your team at the very least a fighting chance. and no one ever said 200AP/4500HP singed running in circles wasn't a pain in the ass either.

edit - Kog bugfix is cute. Does that mean that he's been getting 135% the attack speed of any ASpd items he bought? If so, that's pretty awesome. im inclined based on wording it is not something that always happens.
Udyr and Ezreal used to have multiplicative IAS increases and those were changed as balance not bug fixes.

i am now 7-2 with jungle eve both losses were due to massive feeding in lane before i even picked up buffs (we're talking 0-3 corki in the first 3 minutes one game, and 0-5 dagger-recurvebow-zerkers ashe by 25 minutes in another)
if my lanes are even slightly competent i win. build looks like
cloth + 5 healthpot HoG boots1 swiftness ~make it up as you go along~ i've done Rod of Ages, another HoG, sunfire, trinity force (lol), force of nature, banshee veil
i like tanky better because eve has the best taunt in the game. as soon as she breaks invis everyone focuses her. if you're hard to kill and your teammates manage a kill, BOOM all your health back and you're still hard to kill again xd
spam stun on cooldown, ravage the enemies with least magic resist and armor to further reduce them, press QQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQ during teamfights and R every time someone dies

Im quite worried about Shurelia(sp?)'s supposed Mordekaiser "rework"
Personally me and friends think he just needs different scaling with his spells(the ap ratio on ALL of them are terrible i mean his ult is like ..01% : 50ap) and he'll be decent, maybe replace his Q with a taunt or something because as of now it doesnt really fit, E/W have great synergy i feel, and idk what to do about his ult, maybe buff the damage or something, or change it all together

dudes - lanemumu is totally viable. I go my standard item jungle build - except a ward instead of 3 pots to help out the real jungler. 2 HoG - merc - aegis - sunfire - whatever.
0/9/21 flash/ghost mpen/mp5plvl/mresplvl/ms
So pro.

For starters you should get the smite mastery for any jungler.
On ww if they have no jungler I typically get their blue after clearing our side of the jungle. No point risking a lvl 1 death on their side of the map cause usually they either camp ur blue at the start or ward theirs. You can keep an eye on the minimap to see if they ever leave lane to take it. If they have by the time u get there just go top and take it back.

Im pretty sure morde should work more like Xin Zhao. Not a pure tank but a good initiator and can be built tanky and still be pretty annoying. Morde tbh is really a dps without much burst and a lot of survival.

K FAGGOTS IM STARTING A TL INHOUSE LEAGUE Here are the Rules:
"Captains" Each Team gets 1 Captain who does pretty much everything. He has minimum 1600 ELO. He then picks the following: 1 Player-1500< ELO 3 Players <1500 ELO
Then teams will get randomly assigned into groups and basically it will be group winners play each other in the playoffs. Kind of like baseball.
PM me if you want to participate. Closing signups in 48 Hours. I'll think of some prize. There could be money involved.
I'll take care of the scheduling. Tell me your ELO and best (or worst) days.

And i over guesstimated it was a 30mb patch (assuming for the champion) then about 400mb patch (for other stuff).
All that i can see in the data folders does not reveal anything new.
I'm guessing it was partially for the observer mode they added for WCG but i dont know if it actually works or they just added a beta version for WCG
