I wouldn't write Janna off just yet.

wow so she's galio but if all of galio's abilities besides his ult didn't suck balls
throw an aegis and some tank items on this bitch and just roll the enemy team at level 11 imo

So sona also has heimer's missles?

Line shaped ult is interesting. Might work out ok if it has a travel time, or if the AoE is narrow enough.
If she turns out to be good, she might be the first 6300 champ I buy (assuming she's 6300 like most of the champs these days).

Making people dance is a pretty cool feature, IMO.
As for Eve changes, no way is it a nerf. Perhaps she won't be as good at ganking but the increase in team utility more than makes up for it.

Hate spike buffed, but that will only make a real difference if you get to stack AP. And then you don't really survive long enough. Shadow Walk seems fairly useless now aside from dashing in to place the ult, but the new Ravage also helps with that. Ravage buffed overall I guess. Ult is strong, but kinda meh. AoE damage and slow sure is helpful but it's nothing special.
She might actually be a really strong ganker starting at level 6, W -> E -> R do charge in and slow. But that's pretty much all she does besides sticking around and dealing a bit of damage over time.

Can someone explain to me why I get +7/-20 per game, especially when every win is from me and every loss is from my teammate ? . ?

Because this is a team game, and if you can't carry teams by yourself 75% of the time then obviously you can't be very good!
*rolls eyes*
Seriously, the kind of people I hear about from players who are at 15-1700 on the ladder are amazing, considering that they've gotten that far.
On a seperate rant, Riot really needs to do something about the ability of people to ruin solo queue games through selfishness. I've only played one ranked game to date, and the experience was so bad that I don't think i'll be repeating it any time soon. A friend of mine offered to duo queue with me, and he wound up with team captain and picked Ezreal. The 4th pick, upon seeing this, declares that they want mid... then the third pick picks Tristana and the fourth picks AKALI. We're completely unable to reason with them, and they threaten to simply AFK the match if they don't get mid. We went along with it, figuring that we probably had a better chance with 5 people in the wrong lanes than 4 period.
Unsurprisingly, we lost horribly because the Akali was a feeder and got outlevelled by the duo lane. What the fuck are you supposed to do when that happens? There should never be a situation where your team is held hostage by the 4th/5th pick with their options being "take a loss/leave" and "pray they're not terrible".

DAMN im raging so much right now!
Second time in a 3 games that a guy tries to jungle olaf for the fucking first time and ends up going 0-4 > leave. Im hating this olaf free week.

I like how you try to give me a counter arguement, then complain about something that happens to me in 50% of my games...
Either people absolutely refuse to listen, or don't answer me when I ask what they're playing, picking some shitty hero and trying to solo. Or the players that die to jungle.

I was being sarcastic
But yeah, being held hostage by players that are probably worse than the unranked people you're playing with just doesn't sound very fun to me.

Volley - Ashe fires 7 arrows in a cone for increased damage. Volley also applies Ashe's current level of Frost Shot. Ashe fires 7 arrows in a cone dealing 40/50/60/70/80 (+) physical damage. Volley also applies Frost Shot. Cost: 60/60/60/60/60 Mana Range: 600
Are there any reliable sources? The first quote even contradicts itself. I am pretty sure that it's not 1200 range, but I also think that it's more than 600. Maybe 700. I really should try to find out if it's 150% AD, but I doubt it. That would mean 7.5 AD ratio against 5 champions...

I hate it when chat goes down but the client is up. Solo queue isn't why I like playing this game.

Pretty sure all those descriptions are wrong, though the last one might be close. Think the damage was reduced a few patches ago and it never got updated.

In DotA team A would have a realistic shot at winning if the "100" skill guy picked a decent carry hero and wasn't awfully counter-picked. In LoL it seems you can't do shit nomatter how much you farm because items don't matter that much and you can't counter-push as much. - If you're behind, and somehow manage to snipe one of their creep structures through counter-pushing you're still not really back in the game because they can just defend until it respawns.
Right? Wrong? Help me out here? Been trying to carry with Sivir using teleport for counterpush, I'm nto sure what items to get though, tried doing recommended items, then following a guide (which had jack all worth of damage items, imo)
In response to "if you are behind"... it's actually very different. I feel like it's the opposite of what you say - I find it MUCH easier to get back in the fight if your behind.
In LoL you dont lose gold when you die. Which means your not set back as much. But consider this scenario - Let's say you are behind by quite a bit, 2 of the enemies are on a badass kill streak. Take them both out and you instantly got 1k gold from each of them. If that happens a couple times in a match you will find your right back in the game.
Also, later the game gets you have time to catch up on gear (considering you dont lose the gold on death). I've had many games that have had a bad start (even like 0/10) and came back to cut even or become positive. I've also had many matches that I thought our team had no chance of winning, where we pulled it off with awesome teamwork and hard fought battles (sometimes outnumbered).
In DotA, if a character gets that far ahead they are able to single handedly mop up the entire team and they will have no chance at catching up.
Regarding your issues... It's probably a big part to due with the fact that your Sivir. She's a great pusher/farmer, but she lacks killing power vs players and definately isnt anywhere near the best carry.

i believe the 2nd one is right except its damage + 80 not 150% damage.
Cooldown, range, arrows, mana seems right.

Cooldown, range, arrows, mana seems right. I highly doubt the 1200 range. That's twice her autoattack range. I'm pretty sure it's actually somewhere between 600 and 900. (especially if the 1100 hawkshot range they state on the same page is right) Haven't counted the arrows yet, mana is certainly right, and cooldown should be correct as well. Those are easy to get right though :p

Yep, I don't know why do some people think that snowbal-effect is that bad in LoL. It's really small compared DoTA, where if the result after five minutes is like 9-2, you really can't come back. In LoL winning a single team fight can win you the whole game if you have good pushers, as turrets are pretty paper-ish lategame and you can easily push down 2 towers + inhib + nexus turrets in 30-40s.
I'm guilty of qqing to my team about surrendering as soon as we hit 25 min and then coming back because opposing team got too cocky and tower dived us.
