Yes well solo qeue means you get to mix and match people with different rating on both teams, so the matchmaking system will think its okay to match a team with a 1700 rating player and a 1300 rating player with the rest at 1400 rating against a team of all 1450 rating players. But in premade you will likely have everyone on a team at a pretty similar rating and matching all 1700 rating players against all 1450 rating players will probably happen fairly rarely and when/if it does happen it will just be a complete stomp in most cases.

I like how you didn't bold that he can't be slowed (thus has like 99% chance of escaping), and these are the PTR notes, everything is subject to change.

Also most notably they removed the self shield from stand united, thats pretty huge imho.




BTW if you lose 12 games you get a free 15-0-8 game as ezreal where you run out of item slots for bf swords.

jesus that looks like an epic patch.

reworking malph will fail until they either lower the CD on his ult, or make it stun as well. right now its such a long CD for something that is underwhelming compared to the ridiculous shit other tanks do for initiation. heck janna has tornado and doesnt have to dive in to do it.

kinda want to play kog. he seems like such a silly char.

more nunu buffage. awesome.

I'm not sure why they'd think that upping the duration of the ToB duration helps it as an ability. I always let the timer reset a lot of the time so I didn't have to pay the increasing cost since empowered stacks are worthless.

I'm glad they're trying to fully rework failures like Kennen and Malph though.

wtf more buffs to kennen when he's already OP on TT... He was supposed to be getting redone not buffed.

I don't feel like the shen ult nerf was needed, his W will no longer be ignored until lv 14 but still he lost a bit of a trademark skill there.

Huge buffs to malphite, especially the mana reduction to skills and fix to the ult, he might even become a character where you go glacial shroud->boots 1->frozen heart since he already needed the CDR and now has the mana to use his skills. His Q was already a super gay harassment skill, I don't feel like a buff was needed there.

Also LOL AD Kog'Maw without increased range...

Yeah when I posted I thought that the passive range upgrade came from his Q and thought that they were going to remove it, still he doesn't shoot far enough, when all he can do without fear of being raped is spam his ult from behind a brush and still be extremely vulnerable to any carry flashing through the wall.

Rageblade and mardreds both look like the way to go, if they gave him some vamp or a ward spell he might turn into a jungler in the midgame for the sake of farming safely. Still he is way too vulnerable to pretty much anything.
