So I digress, big fucking nerf and you're a huge scrub for not seeing it. | ||

the incredible base strength of hss and easy spammability of ss was the sole source of panth's early game dominance. With a fairly substantial nerf to both, he is not as strong. Furthermore, yeah, theres a cd buff to hss, but who can use it more than once a teamfight anyways? basically the idea in teamfights was to try and optimize your 1, possibly 2 (if ur lucky and dont get immediately focused), hss's since it hit like a truck. The cd reduction on hss is like a 5 sec cd reduction on amumu's ult; you're still only gonna use it that one time in a teamfight, so its not a buff in any real sense (except for farming maybe, but that is not hss's primary use). edit: look @ bree's post, im too damn long-winded | ||
