I can't begin to tell you how many times I've gotten away with like 20-50 HP (sometimes even going down to the single digits!). It kind of reminds me of "to raise max HP or not to raise max HP" in Guild Wars, where almost every healer used +30/+30 hp mods on their equipment because it was considered "better" to have more maximum hp (as a buffer for mistakes etc.) than it was to have stronger spells. Edit: Hell, on Ashe I run flat HP quints as well as a 0/21/9 setup that gives me an extra, what was it, 60 HP? | ||

 Edit: I got AS quints cause each attack gives me like 30 health so it works out better in the long run. Im experimenting with this item order, seems to be working so far. Madred razor boots SotD Merc treads Finish bloodrazor Wits end (if they havent surrended from all the turrets im backdooring at this point lol) Banshees veil whatever I find im hitting max attack speed quite quick (combined with W). Many opponents underestimate me (prob look at my health bar) and get raped. Essentially outtanking anyone due to the passive lifesteal alone and the 100 magic dmg from Sotd kicking in several times in a fight. Also it helps u jungle/farm a lot faster so you can buy the rest of ur gear. I just had a game where the enemy mundo, similar lvl tried to take me and ended up having to run lol. | ||
