Just play Janna and press "R"; problem solved.

Too bad no word of any double IP week coming up? I really regret not getting the IP boosts that week to make it quadruple IP.

Maybe it's changed since when I last played but that could be due to Fiddle hard countering Heimer.
+ Show Spoiler +Last time I played heimer was the worst champ on the planet... I insta queue dodged anyone playing him lolz

Heimer got really redone in a lot of ways. He's an evil little bastard now.
Ice turrets > me.

If the other team has a strong (possibly fed) hero and they also have a good Heimer, the chances of making a comeback become really slim, because it's really nasty attacking into Heimer, and Heimer can also force the issue by grenading your towers to death.

wtf grenades do damage to towers now
lol that's just silly

I'm starting to run into people that hate me for picking Heimer though, I'm gonna pick up an alternate.
I forgot to add myself to the userlist though:
Summoner name: spiderland. List me as TL account myopia (I'm waiting for a name change)

Grenades always did damage to towers, its one of two things that can out range a tower (the other is a max level tristana due to her passive)

Aggggg, I can't get out of the habit of "saving someone else" with kayle's ult. I keep forgetting that, most of the time, I'm at least the second highest DPS character on the team and that I should just use it on myself.

Since we seem to have a lot of new players recently...
Sivir Guide
Overview: Sivir is a highly versatile champion. She has a good nuke, a good defensive skill, a good autoattack skill, and a good team buff. All of these are important -- if you don't make good use of even one of them, you'll have a very difficult time playing Sivir. Use them all, however, and you can make a significant contribution to your team in a number of ways. This build in this guide is relatively generic and flexible.
Skills:
Q E Q W Q R Q W Q W R W W E E R E E
Commentary: Sivir's skill-order is pretty much fixed. In some rare cases, you'll want to emphasize spellshield (E) more than usual, but at least 90% of the time you'll use this pattern.
Items:
Doran's ring Health Potion Boots Vampiric Scepter *Better boots *Stark's Fervor *Aegis of the Legion Bloodthirster Last Whisper or Brutalizer
Up to vampiric scepter is basically fixed. After that, you can optionally get the two team items (aegis/stark's). This is situational -- does your team have the champions and skill level to take advantage of either/both of these? For boots, you want merc treads for cc/ap-heavy teams, tabi for dps-heavy teams, and 'zerkers otherwise. Bloodthirster is great on Sivir -- she fills it up fast, and gets a big kick from it. For your next armor pen item, consider whether enemies are stacking armor or not. If yes, go with LW, if not, brutalizer. After this, it's all situational: Infinity Edge? Banshee's Veil? Thornmail? Guardian Angel? All have their place.
Runes:
Red: armor pen or attack speed Yellow: Mana/5 (flat or scaling; I use flat) Blue: CD reduction or magic resist Quints: Flat health
Masteries:
You have two main options here. 9/0/21 (mana regen, magic pen, and cooldowns should be emphasized) or 0/21/9 (mana regen and dodge emphasized). A number of other variations are possible.
Summoner spells:
Flash, teleport, and rally are all great on Sivir, and I'd recommend some combination thereof. Ghost, cleanse, and exhaust are ok, but not as good as those first three.
Playing Sivir:
Skills:
Q -- Boomerang Blade: -This is a great harass skill -- one of the best in the game -Early on, don't use it to farm -- you'll overpush the lane -Emphasize this skill at ODD levels -- using it at even levels is vastly less efficient in terms of damage for mana -At level 2 (champ level 3), this can one-shot the small wraiths from mid lane. Getting yours is a good boost. Getting your opponent's is even better -At level 5, this can one-shot all wraiths from the mid lane -It's not intuitive, but it's easier to hit, and hit twice, with this skill from its maximum range -The maximum range of this skill is notably longer than the circle indicates. Enemies standing beyond the circle can still be hit twice; enemies standing a good chunk beyond it can still be hit
W - Ricochet -This skill uses only damage and attack speed -Great in teamfights/farming -You can harass with this, but its random nature makes it unreliable -The bounce radius is much, much longer than Sivir's attack range
E - Spell shield -Some skills are bugged. For example, shielding Pantheon's jump will not prevent the stun -If you successfully shield, you gain 125 mana (the skill costs 75 mana). Since solo mid duels are often about mana efficiency, making an opponent's skill use worthless while regaining mana is a big deal -Some skills are easier or more important to shield than others. Against Karthus, and Ashe, this is great. Against Anivia, be careful. Against Kat, good luck -The only thing adding points to this does is reduce the cooldown -You can use this to walk through fields, such as Karthus' slow and Veigar's stun
R - On the hunt -This affects allies, as well as allied creeps. Use it to quickly push lanes/towers, or help allies hit faster and flee/chase better in teamfights -You can sometimes save an ally being chased by multiple enemies by running close enough to them and activating this skill, allowing you both to escape
Tactics: -If you're mid, note all the information about skills above, especially boomerang blade. Using it mainly at odd levels, and killing wraith camps from mid, is a big deal.
-You don't gank well, but you can sometimes provide enough damage to make the difference. Your ult can also help chase/finish ganks.
-Your Vampiric Scepter is your key to the jungle. Once you have this, you can tank down creep camps pretty easily, especially if you use boomerang blade. If no one else on your team is taking your jungle, don't let that free xp/cash (or those buffs!) sit there.
-While you'll need more than your Vampiric Scepter to take down dragon, you can solo it with a bit more damage. If you can get a DPS teammate to help, your ult will let you finish him off in record time.
-As a squishy who buffs the entire team, you're a good target. As a character with a built-in Banshee's Veil, you're great bait. If you start pushing a lane, your opponents will often attack you, since you push hard and are an important target. If you have allies standing by, you can spellshield + ult to turn the gank around.
-Remember that ricochet is only buffed by attack speed and damage. That doesn't mean you shouldn't get things like pen, lifesteal, or procs, but they won't synergize with ricochet.

Unless I'm retarded, tristana doesnt outrange towers. Her max range is 703, I think towers have a range of 750

Hence AP heimer = win. Any other build is pretty horrific.
